It's always something with this location. This time raw burger. Never consistent. I should not have recook take away or add ingredients to my meal. Management seems to have dropped the ball on their employees.
Order taker in the drive thru great.(could stop asking if that is all while I am still clearly ordering.) Repeated order back to me 2x once before I paid and once before I left to reassure me my food was all there and it was correct. It wasn't I get home to a n entire kids meal missing and an extra ranch. Fries were all old and cold(...again.) used to get good stuff here now so dang unhappy most if the time and assure you i am not hard to please and very patient. It seems there is always something missing each time we've been gone now. I called so as to get my issue resolved and in 3 minutes no one answered called back same thing. ALL of our fries are old and cold. RIDICULOUS $66.07 FOR THIS???
ridiculous. Waited in line nearly 45 mins, then when we got up to the cashier, they still were not ready with half our order. Given the amount of time we had waited, the very least I could have expected was an apology... I got no such thing. the lady there asked for our ticket then told us to wait at the curb side area. I talked to a worker outside who was getting ready to clock in to find out what was taking so long only to find out the receipt was missing. the worker then just made the burger for us. He also gave us a few free brownies. This guy at the end was the only positive part to this whole experience and the only reason I didn't give it 1 star.
We must have a difference of opinion on what extra onion looks like....
I've been here two days in a row, and I love their fries when their extra crispy. I've been having cravings for extra crispy fries. BOTH times, they were not extra crispy ????????. Total letdown. But I won't knock them too hard. Everyone seems to be friendly, but they all look miserable. And you can tell nobody wants to be there. I ordered the Patty melt. ( I saw it off of that jolly time youtube video.) I ordered extra onions because it always seems like it needs extra onions. As you can see, i'm right, because this is what extra onions look like. I insist, stop the onion hate. Give me the exact onions that I ordered!! It's my breath, not yours.
So the white chocolate peppermint coffee doesn't contain ANY actual white chocolate. It's literally cheap peppermint in coffee. HIGHLY DECEPTIVE MARKETING for this. It was the worst tasting coffee ever. And my only answer was the cold one comes with creamer but not the hot one. This was the saddest excuse of any kind of specialty coffee ever.
I went during peak lunch hours, so there was a bit of a wait at the drive-thru. The woman working the window made sure that my order was correct. The burger was very tasty, and the peppermint shake hit a nice sweet spot.
Customer service is always pleasant,and the food is always fresh. I get the breakfast bacon wrap with vanilla ice coffee. So good. Just wish they would cook the bacon a little longer it's chewy sometimes.
Food was good. The lobby is much smaller than other locations. There's only booths with 4 seats available so if you have a larger group, you can't all sit together.
