Food was delicious very tasty. Customer service was slow and not friendly at this location. At all Hispanic location and they catered to them more didn't come to take our order for about 10 min never acknowledged us until then.

Refused orders for me on foot locked lobby manager refused to take order poss poor customer service when stated 24hrs the managet should be fired
I grew up near this place so I haven't been to this location in >30 years. However, this has to be one of the best whataburger locations i have visited. It's very clean, staff was polite, food was fresh, burger was well made and not just thrown together. 5 stars all the way!
Clueless about Veterans receiving a Free 16 oz coffee for the rest of the year. Tried to make me feel like I don't know what day it is or like I'm trying to get over just for that. Seriously ????...
Then once they finally figured out that there was something on the register about it I got a small 12oz coffee that was lukewarm and honestly tasted like sh...
So yea they can keep that crap.. I don't need the hassle or the ☕.

Use to be a good spot, within the last few months it has gone way downhill. Fries are now very soggy and flavorless, burgers are bland and cooks don’t listen to instructions, apparently requesting anything extra on your food is confusing. My fiancée and I use to come here very often, now it’s a very rare occasion.
AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! Worse experience I could possibly get from Fast Food! Save your money and time and go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! This Company Seriously needs to evaluate Management here. ????????
I ate this while very angry just because I was hungry. Waited patiently for our food and finally got it and my patty melt had grilled onions and the bread was smashed and all messed up. This is supposed to be texas toast and look how flat it is. Husband asked for and payed for grilled onions and he didn't get it on his. Onion rings were burnt and that is the main reason why we waited so long. Them my coke taste like they started to put one flavor coke and realized it was wrong and then added coke. Has a weird taste. Everything was just over all nasty and did not enjoy my meal at all.
I ordered from the drive through but I had to go home and rewarm everything up. I ordered #1 w/Dr.Pepper, #13 w/Sweet Tea and 3extra chicken strips, Large onion Rings, Large Fry, Large Chocolate Milkshake and 4 Apple pies. We paid and waited in the driveway for a while. When Christofer brought us our food he repeated the order and it was correct so we headed home. I noticed the fries were old and the onion rings were cold, but I didn't want to make a big deal because my husband just got off work and was ready to grub at home. Upon arriving home we found that there were NO apple pies, No Sweet Tea, and only 5 chicken strips not 6. We called and spoke with Melanie about the issue and she shid we could return to the store and get it fixed. I regret doing that because we were treated as if we were an inconvenience. Christofer corrected the tea. Sam came and told us that the 6th chicken strip was under the box of fries ???? which is a lie because we counted 5 chicken strips in the box, wasn't no strip "hiding". Sam gave us 3 apple pies and said the 4th apple pies would be a 7minute wait. We waited more than 7 minutes for 1 apple pie. So, now I'm writing this review as well as an email to corporate and Glenda Lanadaverde WHILE I HEAT UP MY WHATABURGER AT HOME. I spent $40 so that I can warm up my Whataburger in my oven. Mind you this is NOT the 1st or the 4th time my order was wrong and missing items during the night shift. I fkn LOVE Whataburger but this location close to home is making me HATE Whataburger. After I'm finished eating this food, I'm going to write Glenda Landaverde whom is the Operating Partner of this location. Harrisburg needs to get it TOGETHER!!!!
