Food was hardly warm, dried out, bland, lackluster....everything about it was 2 out of 5. Spent 28 dollars for two people to eat, they ask if we want a sauce when they bring it to the table, then try to clip you for 75 cents when they are delivering the food.... 28 $ worth of food doesn't even include 1 bbq sauce or a ranch?
Lost faith in whataburger.
Not only is this the worst whataburger I ever been to but it’s also the slowest! Let’s keep in mind it’s off a random street in the north so it’s never no lines or customers but the workers are slow and don’t even speak or acknowledge anyone! Stay away from this place, I do DoorDash and uber eats and have been to this location at least 20+ times and it never changes!
Staff was really polite and when I forgot my orange juice the cashier made sure she got it to me. I also left my purse on the bench inside and when I came back it was still there. :) I brought somebody who had never had Whataburger before and he enjoyed the burger also commenting that it was a really big burger. When I called my friend from the parking lot she said she'd never had it so I went back in to get her some as well.
Received Ride customer service at this location. Always have received great customer service at local Whataburger's.
I had curbside pickup and no one ever came.
i waited outside for 15 minutes before i finally went inside. Then when i went inside, the heavy set blonde haired girl was rude and acted as if she couldn't hear when i told her the name on my order multiple times and someone else has to assist me.
I am melanated, So that probably played a part because the Caucasian customer that was placing an order received fabulous customer service with great smiles and everything at the counter. smh
Walked in for breakfast on a Monday and it felt like we were imposing on the staff as they were sitting around chatting and on their cell phones. The clerk put her phone away and politely took our order correctly without delay.
The food was hot, fresh, and was ready quickly. I got the jalapeño burger: juicy, savory, a little spicy, hot, tasty all the way though. I would have asked for it without pickles if I knew they were there because the jalapeños do the work there.
Easy to find a clean table to sit.
Bathrooms need a door code to get into. Bathrooms were cleaned and stocked with toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Great experience here. Definitely stop by.
I got my burger curbside and the service was great. She even went to get ketchup for me. When I opened up my burger to add the ketchup, I saw a chunk of my burger patty missing. That’s just not cool. Their Dr. Pepper shake is perfection though
Tried the vanilla shake. But it was a bit grainy. Not sure what was going on. Surprised to have such great pancakes here and bacon. Best pancakes available for fast food.
I’m a sucker for Whataburger. And this location did not disappoint. Great food and lovely service! As always.
