Second Whataburger of the night. Just trying to a meal. 3 cars in front of me. I order. They are out of cheese. Get asked to pull up to the B lane. I wait about 5 minutes. Someone comes out with an iPad for me to pay, and he has the wrong order. He leaves to go back inside and never comes back. I have to back up and get back in the main line where I waited another 10 mins before making it to the window where he surprisingly asks me if I had an order. Then they tell me my order was lost. Fries were fine. Sandwich bread wasn’t toasted. Almost no bbq sauce. Chicken stripes looked microwaved not fried but were cold. Just not worth 20 mins of my time. If you can’t staff a restaurant, then close the restaurant.
I’ve been waiting in line for take out for over twenty minutes! Don’t stop here if you expect anything fast pretty sure I’ll be waiting another twenty minutes and I really don’t have 40 minutes for take out today!! This is ridiculous!! They need new managers take out is supposed to be fast 5-10 min tops not nearly an HOUR to get two chicken sandwiches and a kids meal!!! Get it together whataburger and do your your dang JOB! Paying over 20.00 for barely any food is ridiculous as it is !!
The food was hot when I got it, but my patty melt was slathered in some kind of special sauce that tastes like thousand island dressing, so i gave it to my grandson
One lady was very sweet, came off her break to take my order because the other 5 women obviously had other things to do, that’s not counting the people cooking. Stood there for 3 -4 mins without being acknowledged. When my order came up, I went to the country put my drinks down to grab the bag and arrange items to comfortably carry it all, a white heavy set girl pushed the bag towards me knocking one of the cups off the counter breaking and splashing all over my legs. She rolled her eyes, handed me a cup and walked away without saying a word, as if it was my fault. Another lady older white blonde lady came to clean it up, I apologized and said I shouldn’t have put my cup down and replied nicely with it happens done worry about it.
good food as always! glad they’re 24/7 as a night shift worker. trying to get something quick to eat without having to cook at home is always super nice. never really busy when i go to whataburger, employees seem really nice too!
Came here after ordering online and was given the wrong order because someone else with the same first name had an online order as well, even though our last names are different. Was charged for ranch and then told they are out of ranch. Had to sit an extra 45 minutes to get our order. Won’t be coming back, thanks for wasting my time and money.
Went through drive through tonight, ordered a #2 dry no pickles and a sweet and spicy bacon burger meal. I think we waited maybe 5-10 minutes? But our food was HOT and DELICIOUS when we got it ???????? The staff was super friendly too!! So huge shout out to whoever took our order!
Absolutely love their jalapeno cheddar biscuits and try to get them often. They just don't make sure you get the correct order and when you try to tell them, I had one become argumentative with me. I know what I pay... You keep ringing it up wrong!
