I recently revisited Whataburger, a place I used to love for its impressively sized burgers that embody the "everything is bigger in Texas" motto. Even though I could rarely finish a whole burger, just seeing it would make me happy, especially when I was in need of a hearty meal.
This time, I opted for the double cheeseburger, but it wasn't quite the experience I remembered. The patty was disappointingly dry, lacking the juiciness that made Whataburger stand out in my memories. On the bright side, the bun was still good, and the overall combination of ingredients was decent. However, it just didn't hit the mark in terms of the juicy burger I was craving.
Service-wise, Whataburger still excels. The staff were very helpful when I couldn't decide between different options. Unfortunately, the drive-through was noticeably slower than other fast food places in the area. Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that they had discontinued one of my favorite items, the Swiss Mushroom Burger, about a year ago.
Overall, while Whataburger's service remains commendable, the quality of the burger I had this time didn't live up to my past experiences. Here's hoping they bring back some of their old favorites and improve on the juiciness of their patties.

Hungry as I was, I was looking ????through the reviews ⭐⭐⭐⭐ of this location as I normally always determine how my experience is going to go based off what I find surprisingly ????,I came across a handful of negative???????? reviews but as much as I was craving Whataburger???? I chose to ignore ????♂️these reviews and come to this location anyway. and I have to admit I was extremely amazed & stunned by my experience. ????????????
It all started when I pulled up???? to the drive-thru and before I could even get to the order window ????, I realized there was an employee standing outside ready to greet me???? and take my order this alone extremely amazed me as I know many of us tend to have communication ???????? issues whenever it comes to ordering at a fast food restaurant.
I was greeted with such a kind, & curtious attitude ⭐????☺️ when placing my order.
I decided to order the new (Jalapeno Bacon Cheeseburger)????️???????????? meal that I normally add a small ???? modification to,
I then proceeded to the next window ???? (lane B) to wait on my food and not more than 2️⃣ minutes???? later another employee walked out with my drink????, Not more than another 5️⃣ minutes ???? later he walked out again with my meal. As soon as I open my bag I could instantly tell that my fries ????were extremely fresh, on top of that they were crispy & perfectly salted,???? with the perfect portion in the cup.
My modification to my order is that I always like my bun toasted ???? on both sides and this was executed perfectly ???????? as I mentioned earlier my experience at this location has possibly been one of the best I have ever encountered ????????????????at any Whataburger???? location. Not only were the employees courteous and kind but the quality of my meal and food was extremely amazing ????????.
I honestly wish I would have gotten a few names from the employees on that shift as they made my experience extremely pleasant so I could personally give them credit for my amazing experience ???????? the people that worked this shift seriously deserve a raise the smallest gestures go a long way in this world ????
*Ps. It took me about four tries to type all of this, every time I came close to finishing Google maps????️ would close out on my phone and I would have to start all over again but I felt so passionate about this experience that I had to make sure I left this review no matter how many times I had to start over ????.
This is only for the past shakes... this is supposed to be the birthday cake... not at all! Looks orange, taste like vanilla! Same like the white chocolate one they had...vanilla...where's the flavor with these shakes?? Only one I had that was legit was the banana pudding and I don't even eat the real thing. Lol

Worst night shift. Full of kids ( yeah 18 days i’m assuming ) getting orders wrong. Terrible customer service. Adding orders to our CURRENT order that I didn’t ask for. Just TERRIBLE. The cashier is trying to get the number of this customer, leaving his spot etc and it’s hilarious. ( it’s 2:31 am currently)
This is the second time I’ve come to this Whataburger and gotten stale fries. I had to make a phone call about it last week and here I am again at the same Whataburger with rubber fries. My other concern is the lids on our drinks I don’t understand why the managers don’t get better tops for the drinks spend a few extra dollars and make better plastic tops for the drinks
The Whataburger is the best in ALL OF HOUSTON! Simon and Jose are Real people, take care of them! They work late! They will take care of you twice as much! Service is unmatched!
Breakfast is becoming my #1 things to order .The Burgers meat may be 100% beef but is very bland and if you don't add grilled onions , grilled jalapeños and bacon, it doesn't taste right to me. Others have shared the same sentiments about the beef . I'm Not backing down on this , Would also like a choice of Chips instead of French fries and the memorable lemon pies of the past .
