My burger was flavorless as though it had been boiled. My burger was so cold that the cheese did not melt. It looks like someone ate half my fries and gravy. The order of onion rings were all broken up some with batter not attached to the onions. Also it appears that someone ate half of them. My cup of gravy was a half of a cup. I did not get a receipt except for the one shown in my photo. The tea was absolutely wonderful fresh. I did not wait long for my order and the service was excellent both the lady that took my order and the young man who took my payment and passed me my food. The service is good but the people in the kitchen need more training.
When ordering in the drive-thru, my large drink had too little ice and the LARGE fries I ordered were equivalent to a Medium. Despite the good service, how good the food is, or how quick I got my order, I'm not gonna order Breakfast at any of the Whataburgers in this town. (Pic below is the amount of fries I got. Never touched it before getting home)
Great burger! Crisp fries and a tasty shake. The staff was friendly and helpful-she got me a side of mustard for my burger. Good stuff!
we went to Whataburger around 11:00 PM today and when we arrived, we were originally there to get shakes and they had let us know that the shake machine was down and then we resorted to getting some burgers we got us all (4) burgers. And every single burger that we got was wrong in some way one of those burgers had a long gray hair we had the general manager come over and look at the food and then he repeated out loud “Karen Karen Karen”, as in the Manager, who was working he then proceeded to have her try to remake her order when we had told him we just wanted a refund and everything would be fine. They refunded the wrong burger just so happened to be cheaper than the one that had the hair in it. I’ll put pictures down so you can look for yourself. We pulled the hair out of the burger and it was cooked into the cheese and The patty not only that, but the other three sandwiches were completely half ass made And got the orders completely incorrect the staff was rude, inconsiderate, and lazy, and as we were sitting there waiting for our refund the Manager, (Karen) Came up to work the front and was sitting there laughing about how they have already had to remake five of the orders that night. Seems reoccurring. They have completely lost our business and I hope the health department gets involved.
Had a jalapeno cheeseburger combo. For some reason the burgers at Whataburger are consistently just barely warm or cool. The buns are cold and meat wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese. I dine at Whataburger about once a year at different locations hoping they've changed their process and the food will be hot but hasn't happened yet.
Store wasn’t busy, staff just slow. Took over 30 minutes for them to bring the breakfast bowl I ordered. Had to remind them I was still there, and I was sitting in direct eyeshot of the employees. When they did bring my food to me, it didn’t have any gravy, and it was cold. Wasted $10.80. Staff acted clueless. Won’t be going back.
This is hands down the best Whataburger in the area! Service is excellent, super friendly employees, food always perfect, it’s my go-to (and I live in Aledo!) I appreciate the employees and how they are always welcoming with a smile, thank you!
Well, traveling, you always run into this. We ordered a burger and 2 number 13, which is chicken tenders meal. Well, we got 1 burger and 1 chicken tender meal. This was through drive thru. They have got to start listening better. We paid for it but didn't receive it. Parking lot was clean and plenty of parking. Since they are close to hotel I may give them 1 more chance.
