Tried the double burger with cheese and fries. Along with Dr Pepper shake. The place was a bit dirty and garbage cans were full. The Pattie’s were cold but the fries were hot and tasty. The milkshake was very good. There’s a few homeless hanging around. Bouncing from McDonald’s and Whataburger. The restaurant has potential. Wish the burger was fresh off grill I think that it would have been very tasty.
The food was fine. My fries could be a little more fresh, but my main concern is the older Hispanic lady that was working the window around the time that I had arrived had an attitude like it was our fault we were ordering from her restaurant. She had a very bad attitude, and I’ve never had a receipt thrown at me before.a message to the lady at the window do better because us as customers are the ones that pay for your check. Just be proud and grateful you have a job.
Went threw drive threw did not get my 3 brownies ???? my whole order was 35.oo so when I called manager says okay I will check my video? Like for what to see what workers didt put my brownies in the bag .so she never said come up here or anything..??wow..the kids that that work the window need to pay more attention.
The gentleman that took my and the gentleman that handed me my order was both patient, courteous, nice. Great customer service
They were out of regular ketchup of all things.....then they were out of buns for small burgers. The girl that took our order was super sweet, though.
Waited 25 minutes. During that time, saw an employee take a number tent out of the bathroom and put it right back on the stack. Employees were drinking ice out of paper cups rather than cleaning, helping, or working.
Do NOT order online — go through the drive thru. Ordered online and was told to park in a spot. Nobody ever came out to deliver the order. A couple homeless people around, but they didn’t bother us. Went through the drive thru, and they had the order already made (so I don’t know why the app had us park in a numbered spot). Checked the order. Missing two items. Had to wait over 30 minutes AFTER the time the food was supposed to be ready. After opening everything else, realized there were no napkins and no fork for the salad. Maybe it would have been better just going through the drive-through? Maybe? Only thing saving this location is that the food was hot.
About 9:30am M-F have been the sweet spot times for me to order breakfast.
I Usually get it fresh, the fries are crunchy and hot, the jalaepeno cheddar biscuit is warm & crispy with a juicy chicken breast that’s been delicately brushed with honey butter. I even add bacon to it. ????
