I understand it is 2:00 in the morning...but. some people have overnight jobs, and this is when we get to eat dinner.
Can you ask someone to repeat how they want there meal 3 to 4 times and you're asked to NOT put onions or tomatoes on the burger.. still happens although there was an amazing wait in the drive though (where they always have you pull up to a certain line so it doesn't effect there window times)
Just... do better in food service. Fast food or otherwise. If you're going to "put on the order" no onion or tomatoes. Why put it on the burger? Pay attention to the order screens.
First of all, I am shocked with the quality of service outside of their working environment, especially on what standards they go by to signify a Whataburger employee. On 8/14/24, I stopped to eat at this whataburger and arrived there right by the time their lobby was going to close. I asked if I would be a bother and that I only wanted to eat in peace and would not make a mess and clean the area after. The employee said not to worry. I received my meal and ate quickly then cleaned the area as I said I would. As I was about to leave and proceeded to turn my truck on, it didn't. The battery had been giving me trouble, and so I was stranded for about 3 to 4 hours waiting to get a jump start because no employee at that Whataburger wanted to give me a jump start. The manager, Seth, said that the truck was not his. I pleaded with them to please help me out that I only needed a quick jump start, but no was every employee's answer. I was in disbelief how a restaurant that bases itself on providing exceptional customer service and is a Texas tradition, and they can't even provide a simple jump start. I walked up to another person inside their car while it was running, and they said they couldn't give me a jump start because their car didn't work. I asked them again just to be sure I had heard correctly, you can't because the car doesn't work ok, thank you, I understand. Keep in mind the car was running. Unbelievable. I literally was in disbelief how some people can just turn their head away from providing simple assistance at the cost of nothing that can mean and make a big difference to someone. Maybe I am wrong?
They need to train the manager Seth to be more respectful. The manager Ray I spoke with last week told me I can come back after they gave me my grilled chicken meal overcooked and burnt! Yet Ray wasn’t there tonight and he didn’t write my name in the book so Seth said he wasn’t able to give me my meal free and that he can call him but then didn’t give me the free meal so I told him nevermind I’ll pay for my order I don’t need a free meal it was about replacing what you messed up! Seth needs to go!!!
New design what a burger. Had my patty melt double toasted, held the sauce, and bought a dipping cup of the spicy sauce to put on the sandwich. It made me happy in all the right places. Right by Lackland AFB so if you are in the area have a double toasted patty melt!
Great burgers at a decent price. Place needs better cleaning.
Ordered the new white Hot chocolate peppermint coffee and these people gave me a regular one. It amazes me how they manage to screw up basic things. Can you guys not read or follow basic orders?? Truly incompetent.
I went last night well this morning when I got off of work and this what they served me the worst burger served to me at 1 am in the morning this located off of highway 90 and the entire crew the employees look like then didn't want to be there the line was backed so long it was ridiculous it took them 20 minutes just for me to get this food and it was pitiful COPERATE OFFICE needs to see about this asap
Got there and lady in a blue shirt tells one of the kids who is wearing a Whataburger shirt to make sure the door is closed, what's the drive through is open they should post it that it's closing very early
