I recently had a fantastic experience at Whataburger, thanks to the delightful team working the drive-through. The girls taking my order were incredibly friendly and full of energy, giggling and laughing throughout the interaction. Their positive attitude was infectious and made the entire process a joy.
Not only was the service cheerful, but it was also efficient. My order was taken correctly and promptly, and the food was delicious as always. The happy, giggling girls in the drive-through truly made my day, and I'll definitely be coming back for more of that great service and tasty food.
This Whataburger is particularly quick with curbside orders, and those orders have all been right in my experience. It is far superior to other Whataburgers I've visited in this respect. Some have wait tines that make the expected pickup time into a complete joke. They also get the little things right, adding or deleting toppings just as you ordered.
Not to crowded at lunch. Got through the line quickly and was seated in a few minutes after entering.
Ordered 4 meat patties with cheese. After I sat down they became very busy.
Guess I got in just in time.
Took a bit for my food to arrive.
But it was correct and tasted great.
Awesomeness, met Mike the manager as he greeted me with such kindness & patience taking my order for my free Military/Veterans coffee. i patiently waiting for his staff to brew up a fresh pot of coffee & it was well worth the wait. Thanks again for your great hospitality and i look forward to visiting again soon. Better than I deserve ????
After being back in Texas for about a month I finally made it to Whataburger as I wanted to try the Breakfast Burger as it looked good on Facebook! The main reason I wanted to try it was that is was comparable (in the Facebook photo) to the Breakfast Burger that I loved from Carl’s Jr out in California. I have really missed Whataburger so it was nice to visit and try this item! I wasn’t overly impressed with this burger as a breakfast item. I thought the patty was thin at barely ¼” at best and it just really failed compared to other options that exist on the market.
The restaurant itself was in okay condition, but the condiments area needed to be refilled and there was rubbish on one of the tables (see photo). There was no Pepper in the condiments container at all and there was barely any honey as well. I did ask for some pepper and an employee brought me some and then promptly refilled the salt and pepper container. Problem solved there. It did take some time to get my meal which surprised me as things usually come pretty fast, but I wasn’t aware of the demand coming through the drive-thru so that is really just an observation with perhaps no merit.
Final Thoughts:
I still love Whataburger and always well! I will however stick to what I love best from there and that is their custom burgers. No place I have ever been can match them on this in such a quick turnaround time!
Walked in bc the drive thru was packed - and was met with an amazing group of people. Staff was friendly, food was hot and fresh, even got an energetic greeting from the manager, Mike.
Just another great visit to our Hwy 46 Whataburger!
I usually go to Creekside location but the food for some reason taste better at 46. The kids meals are a great value. The Mgr with the whataribbon bows is so nice and helpful.
Ordered a taquito, They forgot the specials and instead of making it correctly, they just added the cold cheese and tomatoes lol I've never had a Whataburger do that before. However, it was delicious after I got home and put it in the microwaved it :-)
I love Whataburger, but this location is hit or miss for me every time, and I refuse to dine in anymore after being discriminated against by several employees. ????
