Whattaburger is to Texas what In-N-Out Burger is to California and Shake shack is to New York. What an amazing disappointment. Expensive and cold the burger was so cold. It didn’t even melt the American cheese! The french fries were meh and the “hot wings“ are really nothing more than chicken nuggets with buffalo sauce. This is twice I’ve been to Whattaburger with the same results in two very different cities. I definitely will not be back.
The curbside pick up service is very, very slow. I really don't recommend it.
Always wait 15 minutes for 1 breakfast biscuit. The biscuit is wrong. They put sausage every time after telling them bacon. Trash taste. Old oil on biscuits. Not just one time, but every morning. I stopped going on my way to work. This place needs to be shut down. It's not a whataburger, it's a ghetto.
All we can say is we have looked forward to this amazing food in the Splendora area for a very long time and we are excited about the food, the staff who were so helpful and friendly and and ease of getting to it!
It is very sad to get up and go to one of your favorite restaurants and get some nasty ass service from individuals who I assume dislike or even hate their job and make it known through the form of making your food!!! What makes it so hard to make a customer their food and have them enjoy it! There hasn’t been ONE TIME since my husband has been working. There that he can literally say I was given my food at a 100% I am disgusted at their customer service the food ALWAYS cold I feel as if I am being discriminated just for being Mexican that they feel they can give me COLD ASS FOOD like is that how they eat because if they do wow!!! This WHATABURGER disgust me never will I go back they can keep their nasty ass food!!!
Yea, this location is ass. Employee's are deff not happy and their service/food shows it. If you dont like your damn job then find another one!! Placed an online order and showed up 15 mins past the time frame, food wasnt ready. Then when i got my food shortly after, i had spicy ketchup added to my order buuuuut nobody read that so when she gave me my food, i ask was the ketchup in there and got rolled eyed and attitude. For the price of WB theses days, this has to change
Now honestly, I don't like commenting under fast food places because... why would I WANT to? But it's late and all of our orders were wrong or not really good.
Good:
- Gave us food (Thank you thank you)
- Had decent food (Yes siree)
- No mega attitude (That eats)
Bad:
- Didn't give us our onion rings (My big back self wanted my food)
- Slightly cold food (slightly being some of our food wasn't warm)
- Continiously distracted by each other while ordering (I kept hearing side conversations and laughing from the person taking our order and maybe another employee while ordering our food)
- To be real, weird tasting milkshake (I don't think enough chocolate syrup was added, it already didn't look right and we had to ask what it was cuz it looked like vanilla, then banana, then strawberry.)
Had to wait for over 10 minutes for my mobile order that was already 10 minutes past time to get there when I got there. Then they couldn't find my order and made me tell them what it was. The coffee is extremely bitter, especially because they couldn't even be bothered to mix the mocha into it. Heard two workers talking about how expensive everything is here and that nothing is worth the price. The quality of WB has tanked since the buyout.
