Notorious for messing up my orders. This time, there was a long hair in my chicken sandwich. This location should be the one shut down, not the ones in Tempe. This location is constantly disgusting.
Horrrible. Got uber eats and this Whataburger couldn’t even add a slice of cheese to each patty, didn’t add the jalepeno thats clearly on the receipt and didn’t put spicy ketchup (any ketchup for that matter) in the bag either, when I have both fries and onion rings without any sauces. Horrible place for a first time order from there. They simply cant even read off an order.
Placed an order for pickup and waited 15 minutes pasts my pickup time. They also forgot all my sauces. Most of which I paid for. I had ordered a medium fry and a large fry and they gave me 2 medium amounts even thoe they gave me a large fry container ( should’ve just ordered 2 medium fries) Usually they’re pretty good with the order but tonight was different. Not good considering I paid over $30 tonight
Update- I had asked and paid for bacon on my
Green chile double and this is what they put on…
Clean tables. Clean bathroom. Hot and fresh food. Service was fast and orders were done correctly the first time. No complaints! Staff was made up of all men so teasing amongst each other was light, fun, and professional. Five stars!!!
9/25/23 0800hrs $8.46. Breakfast burger meal small drink & fries. 4 Hash Browns, burger has Ham, Egg, Hash Brown, and Meat patty. It was delicious! I wish the had browns were fresh and hot. U can’t go wrong with spicy ketchup! Fast & Friendly service. Cashier has a welcoming greetings & smile!
Drive -thru service was awful experience. I was asked if I wanted my .10 cents change back. I responded yes. He huffed at me. I asked well just don’t charge me the .15 he responded I can’t give you the food if you don’t pay the.15 cents. Why is it that you feel entitled to my money but you feel like I should be okay with giving it away.
Horrible service! Standing around, talking, taking their time. All I ordered was two fries and a shake. How hard is that to get made and delivered to the customer. I ordered for curbside, but had to go in to pick up my order. That’s fine, I don’t mind. No one in the drive-through, one customer in the dining area. Get it together. But, good for you getting paid to stand there and do nothing.
A solid hamburger, no frills, humble and capable. I side with them over In-N-Out.
