Love Whataburger! The #2 is the perfect combination of toppings- mustard, onions and lettuce. Fries are perfectly crispy and their ketchup is so much better than anyone else’s ketchup. That’s why they bottle it and sell it in stores.
Place is clean and employees are friendly. The food though, I was served burnt onion rings, and the burger was okay, however I asked for cheese and bacon on a triple. I was charged 3Xs for both cheese and bacon. Instead of one up charge per. Guess I won't be back here... ????
Restaurant was clean and well stocked. Food service was quick, freshly cooked and the taste didn't disappoint!
Now it's fast food, but it is a lot of food at a good price. They have never messed up my order and while service might take a while late at night( when I went) they were friendly.
The food is I'd say better than most other fast burger joints, the portions are generous, and they are open 24hours which now a days is rare.
Def worth a visit, esp when hungry late in the evening.
I suppose if I hadn't had a Whataburger in 37 odd years, I might be less biased. I thought they were awesome. The staff were all nice, and while the food took a while to come out. It was all perfect. I'm bought two big old double whataburgers and saved one until actually didn't eat it until 2 days later and I was able to wrap it up in paper towels and it's original wrapping very carefully and it came out really good out of the microwave too so. I'll be hitting them up again. And thanks for coming to Missouri.
We went through the drive though and it was pretty late at night. We waited in the drive through for 45mins to get our food. When we got home somehow we had an extra burger in our to go bag. The pattie melts we did order had onions on it when for both we ordered no onions. The guy doing the drive through orders was taking the orders, taking orders over the phone, filling the food bags, filling the drinks, and swiping the cards for payments. I think if he had some help with all of those tasks the food would have come out as ordered and much quicker.
The food was good, the lady who brought the food to us I believe her name was Kristina was a sweetheart but the cashier behind the counter at the register her name is CYNTHIA & CYNTHIA needs customer service skills BIG TIME! I got a Patty melt & I can’t stand mushrooms ( I have seen Patty melts with mushrooms) so I asked her does it have mushrooms on it and very rudely said if it had mushrooms on it it would say so so no it doesn’t. Then I asked if it came with fries or onion rings and again very rude response saying I only get onion rings upon request. All she had to say was I get my choice of either or. She is not a very nice lady at all.
On the burger you really have to like the mustard and you can always take off the pickles are they put it. The spicy chicken sandwich was just average. The french fries or just also averaged two kind of like McDonald's size. The spicy ketchup was just so so
If we go back there we will definitely have to special-order are burgers.
