Special mention to the manager Loli as in Lolipop she said! Very professional and attended to our needs and made sure we had everything we need. We enjoyed ourselves with our family from the Philippines.
We ordered 2 breakfast on a bun,2 coffee's and hash browns,our coffee's were very bitter and not fresh at all! Our breakfast on a bun was terrible! The egg's were over cooked and the bun's were cold! I had to go back and ask for fresh coffee and that one was a little hot ,but still very bitter! I didn't realize that our breakfast was not that great until we got to work and by that time it was too late to go back.I don't know what happened to this whataburger,but it use to very good in the past.what a shame! I'll never go back there again! ????
For over a year the drive thru service at this location has been terrible. Had 3 cars infront of me tonight and waited 30 minutes just to get to the speaker to tell them I was picking up a mobile order. Another 15 minutes to get my food. I've mentioned to them before that people are leaving the line and they told me they only take one order at a time because they're short staffed, I get it, but that was over a year ago. During the day the service is fine, but after 10pm they have people that couldn't tell their ass from a hole in the ground.
The workers were rude and the food wasn't prepared correctly at all. I asked for no onions and pickles and got a bunch of onions and a few slices of pickles. The fries were also cold and a bit soggy like they've been sitting out a bit.
Nice, clean location. The food was great as always and the employees were very polite.
My order arrived fast at curbside pickup. Food was warm and employee was courteous. I highly recommend this location as I have been going there for years and can’t recall a single bad experience. Make sure to avoid the 6425 Weber location as the service is frequently terrible and they will refuse to give the correct amount of ketchup on order slip.
Good as long as you go through drive through. Beware if you're eating inside. They will forget about you. Ordered some cinnamon rolls and drinks got to use some app points. Got my drinks but after 25 minutes I had to ask for my cinnamon rolls had to ask for them to be reheated. Yes they were cold after 20 min. But I was not the only one another customer had to tell them why he was again in order to get his order. At least own up to it instead of acting like ot didn't happen. Must do better.
Cold food they always mess up in my order every time I go . They always ask what ketchup you want just to not add any in the bag. This is the restaurant that has made change my view on whataburger never will I be eating at a Whataburger again
