I recently attended a Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce networking event on Halloween at Whataburger, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was top-notch, the restaurant was spotless, and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming.
A special shout-out to Roberto, who took incredible care of our group of 20-25 people. Everyone had nothing but great things to say about him and the service we received. Roberto ensured all of our orders were correct, made sure we were happy with our meals, and even took the time to explain the menu items, including some tempting dessert options.
I was also excited to learn that you offer catering-style packages, which will be perfect for some of our upcoming resident events. It's not often that people take the time to leave a review unless there's an issue, but I felt it was important to share how wonderful our experience was. Thank you again to Roberto and the whole team at Whataburger—I can't wait to come back, and I’ll definitely be recommending this location to my residents, friends, and family!
I went here tonight for a late dinner. I went through the drive through and I struggled a bit when placing my order. The employee taking my order was very kind, patient and friendly. When I got to the window the employee at the window was also happy and friendly. The employees interacted well with each other and seemed to get along. They all seemed happy and happy to be at work, unlike a lot of fast food employees. I asked to speak to the manager to let them know how refreshing it was to have happy kind people at a fast food place and he also was happy and was there working with his employees and treated them like people! Not only was the atmosphere great because of the employees but the food was also amazing and I got it really quickly. It also was exactly what I ordered. Whatever this night crew is doing they are doing it well!! Keep it up :)
Came in with my family. Spent a lot for the food we ordered. Came out with pink uncooked meat on one of the orders and definitely not fresh food on the rest. For the cost we pay you would think training would be up to par, and the quality would be good. Will not be coming back here again. Period. Go somewhere that appreciates your hard earned money.
Recently ordered the 10 burger box for a work event for my team. Placed order ahead of time with pickup window set.
Arrived at location it was clean. Everything was stocked. Employees were helpful. Order was on time and every tasted amazing. Super impressed and glad with my choice of whataburger. Will definitely use them again
I deliver during the grave hours and I just want to say the staff during that shift is quick and friendly. Been relatively the same group of people for a while now, they seem happy with their jobs, and they're always hospitable. Having dealt with many restaurants around town, this one and the people working there shouldn't be taken for granted. Whoever within the company this review reaches- please let that shift know I think they're great, and that they run a restaurant how it should be run. Thank you.
By far the best whataburger in the state
Edit: shortly after posting the review, I spilled ketchup everywhere and the manger or lead cleaned it up for me in a split second with the best attitude and one handed at that, sorry for the mess but thank you for the awesome customer service.
Returned today 11/6 guy upfront named Alex is doing a great job super helpful
Stopped here at 10pm after spending the day moving--13 hours with only coffee, a bagel, and Gatorade
before Whataburger. Brought three family members with me. Restaurant was clean (but near empty). Had to wait a few minutes before we even saw an employee. Once a counterproductive appeared from the back, she took care of an Uber eats pick up and another person took our order. A few minutes later it was a full court press as three people brought our party of four our food. It was hot, fresh, and the $53 order for four guys was right. Would definitely stop here again, including after hours.
This chain and this specific restaurant is always good!!! I was short on time so I was not wanting to wait to get new fries which were not fresh, I had to go ask for ketchup which rarely happens... Hence the 3 on food.... Alex the young man at the counter speaks softly or I'm hard of hearing, but was gracious and repeated back to me... There wasn't much activity at this time maybe they were spent from lunch rush? I will go back... I truly wish these fast food places for the crazy prices would check the darn fries or time them out etc... I'd rather wait a minute or two for fresh fries with my meal ... The restaurant was clean and the front doors were smudge free... That shows the efforts.. I appreciate that effort ..
