Order breakfast got an extra hash brown both were refried my guess is to make me think hot and Fresh
I ordered a hamburger without vegetables, I didn't notice but when I got home I had vegetables.
I went back to the place (about 15 minutes) and kindly asked if you could help me. The manager on duty attended me, with an attitude and zero kindness. From start to finish. Sad to see so many talented and friendly young people work like this under a manager like that. Good luck in the future????????
|Update: 100% done with this location. Hair in food, mangled food, zombie employees stumbling about inside. Gave feedback on hair in food and employee conduct over a month ago, never heard anything back besides automated email response from corporate system.|
It's a shame since I like Whataburger and you want to go to restaurants you live near, but the service has really fallen off a cliff here. It's like pulling teeth to get everything in your order. They just don't pay attention to what they're giving you and you have to nag them and wait extra long. No condiments, no napkins, and items like kids drinks and snacks that go with kids meals are often left out. Always double check your order and go through lane A because odds are you aren't going to get everything on the first pass.
Good morning it's 9:25 on a Tuesday, Went for drive through breakfast with my son, Everything was going well, And all I asked for was extra syrup & butter and then the employee ( Older brown girl with a long face ) had a massive attitude about it.... Like get a better job then girl? Lol ????
I come here every single week and the food always hits the spot! Grilled chicken with Monterey Jack cheese, grilled jalapeños & replace the sauce with jalapeño ranch takes it to another level! Reminds me of the grilled chicken melt! Most of the time the drive thru goes by quickly at night.
Update: just tried the limited time chili cheese fries & they were pretty good. I just wanted to nap after this ????
Thank you to the lady who changed my curbside after my order and bought me out creamy pepper sauce in the drive thru today! My food was delicious and you are awesome! ❤️Order 2097556
The young lady taking my order through the drive thru was impatient and an aggressive talker. She needs to learn how to take an order professionally and not the way that she did with my order. Also, the 2 meals I ordered were not fresh. The burgers were cold, and the fries were cold and were seasoned with salt. I requested that my fries did not have any salt
Whataburger is a fantastic choice for anyone craving a quick and satisfying meal. The service is impressively fast, making it perfect for those on the go. The friendly staff at the drive-thru window always greet you with a smile, enhancing the overall experience.
One of the standout features of this location is the two-lane drive-thru, which significantly speeds up service during rush hours. This thoughtful design helps minimize wait times, ensuring you can get your food without a lengthy delay.
As for the menu, my favorites are the combo #1 and #2, both of which never fail to hit the spot. With consistently delicious food and excellent service, I will definitely keep going back to Whataburger!
