Quality at any Whataburger is always great. I really like their hamburgers, grilled chicken, wings,salads, fries. They offer a free drink to senior citizens with an order if you drive-thru or go in. There's no way to order free on the app though. One serious gripe I have is for this particular site is they do not carry a decaf option. I have recently moved so this Whataburger is now my "go-to". I have always enjoyed sitting inside most any otherWhataburger, bringing friends, making new friends of other senior citizens who enjoy the free cup of coffee and conversation. I'd say way over half now prefer decaf coffee. YOU ARE MISSING OUT ON A FAITHFUL BUNCH OF INSIDE CUSTOMERS BY HAVING NO FREE DECAF. ???? We will love you for it. This is why I don't hang out here. I'm a retired teacher and love "hangouts" with my peers. Just a thought, sweet people. We love Whataburger ❤️!
They did a bait and switched. Said that I get One Free hamburger if I bought 1 med fries and a med drink. So showed her my app and scanned it then she said that it's to many numbers I don't see any numbers on there offer, Instead of helping me ,there where two more people behind me and she wanted to serve them , and I was before them and they got to cut in front of me and oder , So I just ordered the number 2 to end this crap, If Whattabuger going to offer something then horror what you say. As of now I think I am done with them now.
Customer services everything for business.. this morning I went to the drive-thru the lady taking my order did not sound like she wanted to be at work or just in a bad mood. You cannot be rude and work in customer service..I backed out and went somewhere else I will not be back.
Stopped for breakfast and got this. The coffee was like tar. Im guessing it was the last of it cause the coffee grinds were in the cup. I got to work and dumped it out. They are advertising the new coffee too. Just Horrible. I had to ask for creamer and the lady at the window was annoyed. It's not my fault you hate your job.
I received great customer service from Crystal & Jasmine. I visit this location often and it's always a great experience. Thank you for your kindness and easy spirit
Always the same good food & service.
Fast service using the app. The staff gave suggestions and the manager was very nice. Clean atmosphere and made a new friend. Go see my girl Jasmine from the east coast. I suggest mixing the lemonade, raspberry tea and strawberry soda.
Cold in here. Food always good for money, and I got a free Whataburger Jr for using app many times. LOL! Cashier helped me use points off the app. Slow to bring food and didn't bring condiments so askedfor ketchup. Floor not really clean. But I like Whataburger anywhere.
