My recent trip to Texas landed me at Whataburger I've never heard of this place before but when I walked in and seen the set up I knew it was going to be amazing.
And of course when it comes to food I'm very seldom wrong..
The burgers here where definitely worth the weight I've never had a burger I couldn't finish but the triple burger had me practicing my push away..
And also you have to try the milkshakes very very tasty
Good food, drive through workers are rude, take for ever, waited 20 mins on driver through window. Seen a police officer been offered a discount and some other worker told them not to give it to them. I thought it was interesting. They were inside playing on their phones and playing around as people were waiting for their food. Just not a professional bunch, not focused on the costumers.
the worst whataburger in fort worth. I’ve come here three times while I’m in town visiting family, and every time it’s taken over 20 minutes to get my order and the order has been wrong in some way.
shut this place down or get the folks that run this place some management that trains properly. I’ve given the benefit of the doubt because everyone that works here looks like a teenager, but enough is enough /:

It took 3 attempts to order due to the female clerk playing with the previous customer. It went downhill from there. Whataburger has an ordering process which she either didn't know or care to know. She finally got my order and left to go play with another employee sitting down. I had to ask another employee for my number to receive my food. The order came in 90 seconds. The burger was cold as it was pre-cooked. As I sit here enjoying my cold food I see 4 employees sitting while the manager is helping a customer Looks overstaffed to me. Whataburger ? No. Whatajoke ? Yes !!!
Food is good as it can get for a fast food restaurant, problem is always the poor service, they can never get an order correct, always have to sit there and make sure I'm not missing anything and if it's even the right thing I ordered and more often than not something is always wrong, if they can fix that, maybe you be able to actually enjoy the food more.
They're drive through is basically a parking lot. Imagine 10 cars waiting for food....then they send some dude to your window and he's like, "What's you order? Then he'll come back 10 minutes later to take your debit card into the store....then he'll bring it out with your food 15 minutes later. NO BUENO. Waiting 20 minutes in a drive thru is crazy lazy.
