One worker appeared to actually be working. 3 more were just standing around. The food was good and the one counter person working was really hustling. The manager delt with an unhappy customer very professionally. They need to step up the staff training to get rid of the dead weight workers.
Seth and Andrew have the BEST customer service. They were so kind, friendly and welcoming to everyone, including me. I had a great experience. My order was hot, accurate, and delicious! The whole team here really cares and it shows! Thank you to all the wonderful team at this Whataburger!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This place says 24 hours, but don’t order after 12 AM. They sent me to the 2nd drive thru line and I sat there for 30 mins after my order said it was ready, just to see the other line moving. Even saw my order at the window for 3-4 cars while they got their order. Just send everyone through the 1st drive thru line instead of making mobile orders sit for 30 extra minutes.
I am actually impressed by the way this location has turned around for the better. Prior to the last few months I actually didn’t eat here at all because of past experiences from a year ago. Idk if it’s new management but my food has been amazing every time I’ve been here. My random fast food trips to this location has been worth it every time.
Raw chicken strips. Was craving this so bad all day. Such a huge let down. Buffalo sauce and ranch tastes like it is expired.
Last time coming to this one. Given it too many chances. Seems to be getting worse.
There’s no Whataburger where I live so we definitely had to try it while here in Texas. So stepping inside gave me an old school feeling. Didn’t get to take pictures of the food because we were so hungry and ate it as soon as we got in the car. I was actually surprised at the size of the burger, they were pretty huge. We got 2 fries, two double burgers, the kids chicken bites meal and 3 count strips. Fries are fries and weren’t bad. The spicy ketchup didn’t taste spicy to me. The burgers were simple and decent, in my very own opinion, I don’t like mustard on burgers but if that’s your thing, rock out. The kids meal was great value for everything that came with it. And the strips were big and juicy and the dipping sauce that came with it was very adequate. The service was good and overall, it wasn’t bad at all. Also, the price we paid for everything was great!
I first went to another Whataburger and the wait for the food was 45 minutes (they had a a few big orders.) Perfectly fine and that's a good problem to have because clearly people are ordering a lot of food.
With that being said, I ended up going to one that was close to where I needed to be. Sweet, not busy at all. I ordered my burger and had a sat. The burger was good. I personally liked it.
The only negative experience I had was the service. After I paid not even a minute since I was still at the counter putting my card away, I noticed that I could add bacon, so I asked. The worker said "no it's too late." OK, so let me order a side bacon. She said ok, do you want them to put it in your burger?" OMG!!! LOL. Other than that, I enjoyed the burger and fries. Clean location, too.
I’m not normally the type of person who posts reviews but I just couldn’t keep this to myself. I came in tonight for a doordash order and Heather was absolutely the sweetest and most respectful person I have met in this town (recently moved here). She was an absolute pleasure to be around and showed a great deal of empathy to customers who were waiting for their order to be finished. Her words felt sincere and her overall presence felt warm and inviting.
