I recently visited this Whataburger location with a friend, and it's one of the better ones I've been to. I ordered the 1 meat Whataburger with all the toppings, cheese, and fries. The restaurant is clean, and the service was impressively fast. However, the food was cold, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a solid 4-star experience.
This location is by far one of the best. They have a young man named Cameron whom is a manager in training & he will make a WONDERFUL MANAGER. He listens well, he makes sure the orders are correct & complete before coming out, friendly, & kind. The food is ALWAYS fresh & hot here. These workers actually offered me the free kids meal with my meal deal ( every Tuesday in August) before I saw it in the app. Overall just a great place. The kids are funny & friendly here!! I never have a picture of my whataburger food because I start devouring those yummy hot fries immediately ????????????

I Stay at hotel near by when I travel for work food is always fresh but they need a security guard or something there is always something going on ,last time a guy faked a heart attack and urinated on the floor and poop in his table he was a homeless guy on drugs that was on may ,and 3 days ago on July 30 a Indian man was drunk drinking inside right infront of me and I shaked my head he was mad he was a truck driver parked at walmart parking lot he was drinking 3, 24oz Corona beers while a group of teens walked in like he was weird guy looking at the boys and girls saying something in his language I had to ask for a bag to take my food to my hotel I like my food fresh that's why I go inside but due to weird activities going on from strangers that's why is always empty inside after 6p.m yall need to do something about it before someone innocent gets hurt or something like that I enjoy this whataburger because manager is on task with his order and workers as well but it's the random weirdo type that walk in there what's concerning
I’m giving up on this location. More than half the time I’ve ordered at the drive-thru in the past 6 months or so something about my order has been wrong or forgotten.
Had I spent the time and money to go back and get the item/refund, I’d have like $15-20 back, but would it be worth it each time? Including drive time that could be over an hour, and we’ve gotta factor in gas-cost, too. Nah. Better to just go to Sonic instead.
The kitchen does a good job, though. Whatever they give you will probably taste good even if it’s somebody else’s order.

Husband and sister in law came through the drive thru line, ordered 2 6 pc chicken strips, a blazing jalapeño burger and 3 large fries. The problem starts with us not receiving the 3 fries. We go back, and go inside, mind you this is like the 4 or 5th time that we have had a messed up order since moving to the area a month and a half ago. When my sister in law talked to the manager, Mohammed, he had a ugly and disrespectful attitude to her, tried to say we didn’t even order that but we had our receipt with us and he didn’t even look at it he just tossed it in the trash and tried to hand us TWO of our THREE fries. From there, he went to the back and had another employee, Tate, handle the situation who also had a disrespectful and disgusting attitude. When asked to speak to Malcom, he didn’t even ask, just said he was busy training and had been all day. Didn’t even make an effort to ask, when asked to go get him again, he rolled his eyes and finally
Grabbed him. Malcom, came and spoke with us respectfully, and handled it professionally and calmly. Malcom has handled most of our orders that’s been messed up from this location and we appreciate him. However we do think the behavior of the other manager on duty was not called for. Our orders have been messed up so much that we are tired of giving our hard earned money to just not receive the proper order from the start. It’s very frustrating, and also not appropriate to be treated and dismissed by the manager who’s in charge of quality control.
