I had an amazing experience at this Whataburger ???? restaurant in Princeton, TX! The staff was super friendly ????✨ and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh ????????—definitely the best fast food experience I’ve had to date in Princeton! I can’t wait to come back! ????????❤️????
Girl struggling on register and is new. Management sitting in the corner more then 30 mins laughing and carrying on. They couldn't help they’re staff? My husband literally waited 35 minutes while we were eating in 30 minutes for a sent back burger my daughter didn't want because we told them twice Nothing on it but ketchup. Had mustard and pickles. The wait was bad. The fries weren't fresh, the whole meal and what we ordered basically sent back. I will never come back here. The service, the employees whole staff had attitudes, the food was not fresh. I will never come back here again!
The food was really good today. The hamburger and fries were hot and tasted great. As you can see from the photos, I ate it all, and enjoyed it. Service was fast and efficient, the front-end cashier was very friendly, and so was the food runner. I will be back!
Wow..what poor service. I waited bout 30 minuses at the line as directed and never got my food. Saw 5 cars behind me come and go.
I walk in and ask where is my order and they had no clue.
Said wait and we will get it going. No...I'm good. Money back please. That took another 10 minutes.
First time eating at whataburger this year. Won't make that mistake again.
Bought food here a week ago, 2 meals and the fries were way too salty. Ordered the same meals today and specifically asked for light salt on the fries, cashier even repeated it, and this time they were even worse. Inedible. Not again.
ETA: 6 months later - they've been getting better. Adding a star.
The girl who was working drive thru was arguing with the manager and being very unprofessional while we were at the window. And it took 15 mins to get our food, even though we were the only ones in the drive thru. The food was hot, so I'm assuming that the wait was partly due to waiting on the friers but it would have been nice to have had that explained.
I love customer service at this whataburger ! I have had the most friendliest people taking my orders ! My food is always fresh . I have had little wait time except during rush hours . That just shows you how many people love whataburger .
Idk who hires the staff of this whataburger, but my experience last night was absolutely horrible. Im not the type of person to write a review regardless of how long my food took, but the employees of this location were not properly trained and dont know simple customer service. I walked in for a pick up order and the person on register didnt know how to tend to customers properly another fast food app driver came in for 2 other orders. The guy asked us what we were there for and we told him the names on the orders. He walks to the back for about 3 minutes and comes back and say to both of us what were the names again, but then proceeds to say they arent out yet. Alright, i understand, ill wait. He walks to the back and doesnt come out for another 10 minutes or so. Comes back and asks the driver what the drinks were. Like 2 times he did this. Then comes back with only one the order for this driver. Takes like 4 minutes to give it to the driver. Anyway, im still waiting at this point and so is the driver. Not long after more people start coming in and the guy is nowhere to be seen. This place is horrible. Change your staff or something. Oh yeah also no other staff member came to the front to tend to anyone. It was that one guy and he didnt know basic customer service
