First time having it and my kids loved it. Quality food and service. The staff was super nice. Wish we had one in Daytona beach. I had the Patty Melt my son had some huge burger. It was all good.
Love the Thomasville rd Whataburger. Gotta get the #1 w/ no onion & tomato & w/ spices & regular ketchup !!!
Whataburger is one of my favorite fast food spots. We go to this location often during travel; the staff here are so kind! The Cobb salad is my favorite, but i love everything there.
Your expectations should be: it's old school fast food. So it's good, not great. Burgers are a good size and they have the philosophy (as is correct) of wide and thin vs thick and not so much. Burgers could have more flavoring but it was a good, hearty deal. The fries are really good, and I now have a thing for the spicy ketchup...which sounds odd hearing that aloud, but it works. It works really well, I ordered some for my home (Amazon). The shakes tho...i mean, OK. Good sizes, just kinda bland. What does get 5 stars is the service. Very nice folk that work here, and they put up with our stupid questions, so kudos!
There was mold in the breakfast burrito. It was extremely disappointing.
First timer and was deciding between two options on the menu, southern bacon double and sweet and spicy bacon burger. After discussing it with the cashier I decided on the southern bacon. They bring us out order and I have a bacon steakhouse double. Not at all what I asked for. Then they tell me that what I chose was seasonal and no longer available?!? Seriously? And you just decide to give me something else? No offer for a replacement, just would you like lettuce and tomato? Only ended up eating half anyway, it wasn’t that good. I was super excited and went 20 miles out of our way just to try them. I won’t make that mistake again.
Are they open or are they closed? On google and on the mobile app it says open but their drive thru and dining room is closed. Seems like this is happening regularly and late at night and it really isn’t what people expect from Whataburger. If you’re not gonna be open then update your hours
personally, I'm not a big fan of Whataburger cheeseburgers bc of way too much onion and mustard on them. BUT Whataburger fries are epic! and definitely challenges McDonald's for the best fast food french fry
