Really great service. Very efficient and friendly staff. Food was hot and correct. Repeated back the order and everything. Managers were on top of their game. I’ve never been to a Whataburger that was so good. Also the new birthday cake shake looked just like the picture. Also the managers communicated excellently with the staff and guests.
Terrible service, trying to make sure the order was correct with one meal and one burger when it clearly shows on the Pay screen as two meals. Manager turns around rudely says it’s correct without actually look at it. There was no one behind me and as soon as the order was taken the cashier is no where to be seen. The order turned out to be wrong with two meals showing two drinks but only one drink was given. Ordered the burger with an extra patty and there was only one patty. When asking about ketchup the manager attitude was rude and annoyed. Top it all off the burger was dry like it was left out for hours.
The classic burger place for just a plain old burger.
The drive-through was efficient enough.
Only negative is the grilled onions could’ve been grilled a little bit more
They keep this place we clean the staff. Here is very nice and the manager is nice to you and they keep the parking lot clean. They keep the restroom clean the Honda counter clean, and the food is taste real good. They know what they doing at this location. I will keep coming back eating at this location. Could they keep the place clean?
I’ve never in my life been served raw chicken tenders.. only thing they offered in return was a coupon for a free burger with buying another item lol smh. Night shift has been nothing but a disappointment every time I went. Never eating at this location again.
I ordered 2 of the 13 combos with gravy, We had to wait like 30 mins for our food. They forgot the gravy (of course). The food taste like it was sitting out all day! Don’t go to this location the food is horrible. I still have the horrible after taste from biting that chicken strip. I went sunday, 20th at around 9pm. They won’t do anything about reviews but hopefully this stops someone from choosing this trash location over the kfc next door lol.
This place is the worst. It is definitely not “fast” food. You will sit in line for over 30 minutes whether there are 2 cars or 10. Today was extra special. I ordered 5 items & was told to pull forward to lane B. After 25 min, they brought me 2 items. I go to the drive thru door & knock and wait, knock again and wait. They finally open the door and the girl rudely says “I need your receipt”. I go back to my car to get the receipt that they JUST gave me. I tell her the two items that I received & the 3 I’m missing. She asks me what I’m missing 3 more times. I go back to my car and watch 3 other cars get their food before me. She then sticks her head out the window & yells across to me asking which items I received again. I finally got it… 40 mins in line, and it was STILL wrong. Save yourself frustration & head down to the McPherson location. This franchise owner obviously does not care. Look at the rest of the 1 star reviews.
Waited in the drive through line for 35 minutes for a 3-Piece Chicken Strip Basket. I was 1 of 2 cars in the drive through. I’m certain the other car pulled away without ever receiving their food. I was tempted but didn’t have the guts to go inside and ask for a refund.
