Awesome place had to get tires on the vehicle. Walked over to grab a bite to eat. Was welcomed with hello's and smiles. Everything was very clean. The food was quick, getting out to the table and correct. They were doing a little promotional deal, so we got some goodies, some cups, and a bunch of cards for free shakes. Definitely will be going back.
Took over 35 minutes to get food, we dined in. fries where cold, burger was room temp. Workers probably forgot about us because we had to ask for our food. Employees were goofing off. Watched several other people get there food before we did. Manager seemed unmotivated and did not care he didn't keep an eye on his employee. Will not due business with this location again.
Ordered two coffees to go. One was the new White Chocolate Peppermint and the other a black coffee. I waited at least a good 15 minutes before even acknowledging that I hadn’t gotten my coffees yet. When I finally received my coffees with two complimentary cookies, the coffees were not even correct.
Should have just gotten a Jr double did not know the burger was this big… I almost ate the paper!!! The crew was so nice and friendly bright and early with so much positivity. And that latte shake gawdddddd could be a little thinner not as thick lol overall 10 STARS!!!! Oh and those brownies yeah left it in my car came out and ate it on the way back inside hahaaa so moist and chocolatey mmmmm
Use to be pretty good but has dropped significantly. Food never seems fresh chicken is always way over cooked and toast is burnt. When they first opened everything was great even in the middle of the night now during the day the food is awful.
In the beginning, I understand why it took so long for orders. They were new and trying to get a hold of things. Now, they have been here for a while. There were only a few people in the drive thru and I still waited over 20 minutes. The food is mediocre at best. I try to avoid going, but have family members who love it. I'm not sure if it is a management issue, but the wait time is not worth the food.
Manager can’t even do job correctly. Come here if you want get food poisoning. Now I have to go home to self vomit to avoid get sick from food poisoning
Dining room still not open. So we decided to go through the drive-thru. Ordered two junior meals and an extra order of medium onion rings. Onion rings came with four in the package for $3.49. I'll let you do the math on that. Two of the rings were big two of the rings are small. When I got my drinks they were completely filled with ice and the drink filled spaces in between. The reason I gave the service four stars was because the person at the window gave me another cup with no ice and full of drink. Thank you. French fries were undercooked and not very hot. The burger was a decent size for a junior burger. Not sure I would wait in a long line to get this meal again.
