Whataburger needs to run an audit of their entire company and trim a LOT of staff. It takes far too long to get orders fulfilled, even when it is ordered in advance off of their app.
Learn a thing or two from the CFA down the road. They are ten times faster.
Burger was cold like it had been sitting on the counter for some time and the fries had that starting to get cold feel with some warmth still on it like it had been sitting the counter for some time with the burger. I had waited a good bit of time for the food so I didn’t feel like asking for a new meal. So disappointed. Lady taking my order was so soft spoken I could barely hear what she was saying.
Employees are nice but service is extremely slow, no matter what time of day it is. Whataburger has never been fast, but the few times I come, it is a minimum 20 min wait from placing an order to driving away with my food. There are 2 other locations in Waxahachie and this one, for some reason, has been like this for years. I can only assume this is a management issue. If you come here for food, bring your patience and you'd better have nowhere to be anytime soon.
I ordered online drove to Ennis checked in, 35 min later no food came out, I called they said few more minutes 15 min later they brought my food I drove back home only to see the chicken strips looked old and greasy onion rings old and greasy as well I called they hung up on me I called again no one would pick up! Very disappointed and food is not cheap not to mention gas prices cause I don't live in town drove for a craving but craving not fulfilled! Food went in trash.

Tried does Whataburger three times the same experience horrible customer service can’t count on him to get my order right route teenagers and poor management leads to a failing restaurant.Do not waste your time or your money. Not thoroughly cooked
I would rather inject draino intravenously than stepfoot in this location. Every employee has a dead look in their eyes as if this was their first day interacting with human civilization... Take a moment and head to another restaurant if you can. Hell, Eat at the movie theater behind here, I'm sure their staff can actually greet you without staring in your eyes as if they don't know how to speak. I'm not trying to be rude to a single individual there and I hope they know this. The decline in these restaurants seemed to have happened when the Chicago firm took over corporate..

Consistently missing purchased food... awful this is the closest one to me... I'd really like to be able to go here and not be paranoid to get the ordered food I requested.
They ALWAYS seem lost, overwhelmed, and are extremely slow! Even when they’re busy the fries are cold too! Like they pre-cook the fries because they’re worried about getting behind on orders.
This location sucks. I quit visiting this location over a year ago because the service is always atrocious. I had to visit this time and I wish I didn't. I'm still waiting for "fresh fries" yet the cars behind me are getting their food and leaving. 20 minute wait at 11:03pm
