This is my neighborhood WB and I always get a good service and don’t have any problems with my food! Always fresh and hot. Sometimes it’s a little busy but that’s not a problem for me I LOVE WHATABURGER
I come to this restaurant all the time I have never had problems until today. As you see in the first photo, my car is parked sideways in the middle of the parking lot. I was parked on the other side of that truck in a parking spot waiting for my son to get his food. Truck pulls up, blocking everyone coming in and out and blocking drive-through and he honked at me demanding me to move. I told him no you’re rude. You can wait! I was here first I’m waiting for my son to get his food. Then the truck drive said, fine you can be blocked in then. Then the truck driver, calls the manager at Whataburger manager goes out there and allows it so I’m blocked in there but luckily I have a small car & had to do the reverse and pull up thing so I could squeeze out of there otherwise next step I would’ve had to call the police. I wasn’t gonna wait there for two hours for a lazy truck driver to do his job because he doesn’t wanna park from away of the front entrance of the restaurant. Even blocking all the handicap spots. Whataburger is open 24 hours of the day and night. It’s just ridiculous that people don’t even have patience to wait five minutes and have to create problems. And to add on top of it, they couldn’t even get my order right.
Positively decent service this time around. Just got back in the car after a long day at work and the guy handling the drive thru seemed pretty forgiving of my hazy brain. Bit of a wait, but that's okay. Food was what I ordered. This establishment could probably stand to mix the shakes a little longer, though. Good stuff.
They hit my full order incorrect and food was cold and fries were soggy. Managers working were Javier and some other person but service was horrible!!! And person that took my order should not be taking orders…
Definitely don't get what you pay for here anymore. Straight out of the bag ????♀️
The food was cold. They don’t put napkins in the bag but also have Not a single one to get on your own. I ended up throwing away 3/4th of my entree. Do better please
You have to check your burger every single time.
Every. Single. Time.
Even ordering using the app, where there's no chance of communication...they just don't care to do anything but the default for every burger. Clearly states my order on the receipt, but, lol, nope.

Over...two years now. It's really kind of impressively pathetic.
This is one of the best whataburgers in the area. I've only had one bad interaction with the manager, not wanting to give me a large water for the price of the cup but instead charged me for a large coke ($4)
