Every time we go to whataburger the wait time is over 30 mins. Whether it is in the morning, for lunch or for dinner. Even if there are other vehicles, even if it’s not one customer, the wait time is almost 30 mins or more. They take long since management is busy talking to the other manager about their personal life, instead of helping their team when they need help, or attending the customers. They rather have a nice long talk. Asked for large fries, wasn’t filled up, the burger was cold, since the cheese was not melted.
I came to this Whataburger a few days ago in the morning and I was very surprised to see the quality of service and how clean the place was. As soon as I came in through the door I was greeted. Then I placed my order and just a few minutes later I was having my breakfast. Lady who took my order and the one who brought my order, both, were very polite. Food was really good. Coffee was amazing. The environment had this nice friendly atmosphere always inviting. I look forward to my next visit. Good job to this team. I added some photos to provide a good context of my description.
Today I tried the green hatch chile bacon burger combo. I ate it but didn't like it as burger came flat and squished looking.
Not really any fresh toppings.
It did come with 2 grease soaked patties on a generic bun with a few condiments squirted onto the top of the patties.
So not fresh, not flavourful, not unique in any way really.
Onion rings were sad pale soggy affairs that I forced down due to the fact I was actually hungry.
The drink was a huge diabetes special and for some reason in this day and age made out of Styrofoam of all things.
The one high point was that you can order an actual jalapeno on the side.
Most of the Texicans didn't speak fluent English and found myself repeating things.
Bottom line the price and quality did not line up. Probably won't be eating at one of these places again any time soon.
So I asked for one Monterrey jack and one American cheese… they charged me for both, no Monterrey in sight ????????
There weren't any people for them to take about 25 mins for our meal. We were like 6 in the dine in area and practically no cars in the drive way. Like why take so long?
Grate food professional staff, and I love how you don’t sit and wait for ever for your order compared to other locations! I have never had to go back for missing items or to fix a mistake that is a BIG plus!
I just sat down to order and this table i got dirty
Milkshake that can ONLY be ordered if you download their app is a major marketing mistake. I spent my time to walk to your store to get a meal and a milkshake and you tell me "sorry you can only get that if you step out of line and download the app." I was in line for 15 minutes already. Not stepping back to the back of the line.
If you are Mexican you can expect quick service. However, if you are American like my wife and I are, you can expect to wait 20+ minutes for your order. All the while you can watch other Mexican customers walk away with their meal in just a few short minutes.
