This morning I had a great experience here. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches. They were hot, fresh, accurate, and the customer service was amazing. Two days ago around 6:15 in the morning I ordered the same thing before work, got to work and opened it expecting a freshly or recently prepared biscuit but instead it was a sandwich shaped brick. I think I could’ve easily won a fight with that sandwich, I mean brick hard. Needless to say, It was all I had to eat that day so I was disappointed. I took it to the location in Mansfield after I got off work and asked if they wouldn’t mind remaking it for me and they took great care of me. But like I say, today I have to compliment this location (already left a positive review for the Mansfield location). I do not like to complain or write bad reviews. The wrong has been righted. I know that’s not a word but you get the point. Thank you and have a blessed day!
After waiting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich and chicken strips, I went inside to get a refund. However, the night manager said only her operations manager could issue the refund. Now, I have to return tomorrow morning to get my refund because the night staff would rather goof around than perform their duties.
Avoid this place. The orders are frequently incorrect and the wait time for a simple order is usually anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes because the staff is inattentive. What happened to the fast food concept?
I've only been here 3x but today I couldn't believe it! My takeout order was ready in less than 10 minutes, and it was absolutely perfect. The food was so well seasoned, 100% correct, hot, and fresh. If they can keep up this kind of service, I'm definitely going to make this place my go-to for dining out, not just because of the location and convenience! 3 stars only due this not being a regular experience.
Absolutely the WORST WHATABURGER EVER. The cashier was terrible. I wanted a shake instead of a drink and he did the order how he felt it needed to be. Thankful for the terrible service because when they finally brought the food out, COMPLETELY COLD.
The location at 287 and Sublett is not customer friendly. When I go in to pick up my mobile order that should be ready I always have to wait. When I was there last week it took several minutes to be acknowledged from the 2 employees at the counter. When someone finally helped me I still waited to get my order. I finally asked a different employee how much longer it would take and he went to check on my order and brought it right out. My biggest complaint is not being acknowledged when I arrive and then no one coming back to give me a status.
NASTY blob or something (can’t tell what it is) was in my fries. Didn’t notice it until after i’ve eaten half of my fries. It had dirt and hair on it like it was on the floor. DISGUSTING. Tried submitting a complaint to corporate on August 3rd and haven’t received a response.
Absolutely the worst service of any Whataburger. You order online through their app and your food sits until you walk inside to get it. Pay for large you get medium, no cheese on your burgers. Workers walk around dragging their feet, don’t acknowledge customers standing at the counter.
Ordered two number 20's, bacon extra bacon, well done. The tortillas were both raw and stale. There was no extra bacon that I was charged for. They at least got the change to Monterey Jack cheese for my taquito. It was not the first bad experience at this location. Will not be back.
