Ordered online for curbside. The order consisted of : a Whataburger Jr., toasted brioche bun, extra pickles, extra raw onions, extra grilled onions, extra tomatoes, light lettuce, mustard, light Mayo. The patty looked like it was boiled, dropped, and put back together. They left off the raw onions, put light grilled onions, extra lettuce, regular tomatoes, no mustard, almost burned the bun. I ordered a large French fry. They came under cooked and not full. A side of gravy which tasted watered down. When I pulled up for curbside, I checked in on the app. They have parking space numbers you select on the app, so they know who is who. Three time they walked out and asked for my name. Even ordering ahead of time, had to wait 20 minutes. I watched people walk in, and go through drive through and get their food faster. The lemon pie was probably the best I have had at a Whataburger. Weird. Guess you have to look at the bright side.
Fantastic customer service! Food was awesome!! Grilled Chicken Sandwich made just the way I like it!!! Toasted bun on both sides. Add two slices of Monterey Jack Cheese. Add grilled jalapeños. Add grilled onions. Perfection!!
Absolutely worst whataburger I've ever been too the wait time is ridiculous. It makes you not even what a burger. Avoid this place at all cost for your own benefit
When there is not bacon and/or bacon not ready, please inform customer to this fact. I enjoy the Cobb Salad Whatachicken from various locations and this was the first time receiving salad with no bacon or no information for not getting a complete salad.
The New Whatawings were Whatajoke! The worst new food item Whataburger has ever introduced. It's chicken tenders with your choice of sauce that they didn't even cover them completely. They are boneless, too. The price is ridiculous, good thing I didn't pay. I used their free coupon.

I made an ignorant mistake when ordering via the app. The manager here is golden. Dude just took care of it. Could see I was mad at myself. Honestly kinda made my bad day end on a good note. Thank you guys again.
