The food is good, but they are slacking on cleanliness. There were multiple tables that needed to be cleaned. It was difficult finding a place to sit. Also, the floor needed to be swept, and French fries under a lot of tables.
I came on dec 12 for dinner around 645 and both the guys on the drive thru were very polite! Every other location the drive thru employees are usually rude and too quick and rushing. These guys were great! Def will be back! They were so sweet and patient!
Staff is extremely friendly. My mother and her two siblings visit this location often. Staff always greets them with a smile. They know them by name. Staff goes above and beyond. The times I dine there with my husband and kids you can tell the team cares about there jobs and are very hard working.
Update 7/28/24: I resubmitted my complaint I did get a call back a month after the incident. Spoke to Amber, area manager she said the rule was a throwback to covid, and they allow refills for the Styrofoam cups and it does not make since to not allow a Yeti cup they sell to not be used. She apologized and said the restaurant has been retrained and I should not have an issue in the future.
Stopped in this location on Sunday 6/23/24 about 2pm I ordered a patty melt combo meal I brought my $50 Whataburger Yeti Tumbler and was advised I had to use their foam cup if I wanted to use the fountain drink. I should have asked for a refund for the yeti and the food I was mad. Bill Millers, Circle K, QT don't have problems with customer cups and fountain refills. The idea of using your own cup, and even one sold by Whataburger is to avoid using those styrofoam cups that are bad for the environment. This looks like a PR nightmare if the news organizations pick up this story. I eat Whataburger 2-3 times a week I will stop eating there until I get some type of apology either for selling me a cup I cant use at Whataburger or making a silly rule that makes no since. Does yeti or the people buying the cup know that they cannot use it on the fountain drinks in store?
They always get my food right, always taste the same, and they always work fast to get you through that line.
This location is excellent. We've been ordering consistently from this location either inside, drive thru or curbside. Consistently accurate, fresh, delicious. The food is always hot their drinks are always cold and the.staff is always friendly fast and profesional. It's always clean and welcoming. I can't brag enough about them. We have never had a bad experience and if i had i have confidence they would make it better.
Madonna and Candie were pretty awesome when we took our kids with their Elf on a Shelf Elves.
Our food, 4 different orders, was correct, hot and fresh.
Grilled jalapenos, onions, light lettuce, onion rings, cereal as ordered.
Our kids elves had a blast.
So did our pugs.
We come annually with our Elves and every year they treat them great.
Even when we don't have the Elves, the service and everyone are great!
