Quick trip for a sausage B.O.B. and to my surprise, the lovely ladies at the window offered me their promotion of " free hot or iced coffee" with the purchase of an entree! They couldn't have been nicer, great, quick morning conversation and, of course, the best food!
Burgers are very delicious. Fried could have been salted and warmed a little more but overall amazing flavors. Wings could use some more TLC. They taste similarly to the quality of Applebees boneless. Not sure if they were dried/old because of time of order or if that’s their normal.
We stopped here on a road trip. We placed a to-go order at 7:32 am for 5 meals. It took over 20 minutes to get our food, and we then realized one pancake platter was missing. I let the cashier know, and he responded with sarcasm and no apology. Another wait of almost 10 minutes for one pancake platter. We realized at that time that we never received the iced coffee we paid for, but there was no one available at the register and we were done with the waiting and poor service. This is the second time we've tried this location and do not recommend it.
Service was good. The food was great. Although the inside seating and floors were not well maintained. Rather noticeably dirty and haven't been cleaned in several hours.
As I drove into the parking lot, seeing it for the first time, I was ASTONISHED. My mouth dropped as I saw its new, fancy, modern design. It was not overbearing, and it was quite refreshing to see such a new look. They have a big parking lot too. The inside was also new with very open seating with diverse table options, yet the table arrangements were very private and made me feel secure. It was open and private at the same time, which I liked. It was also very clean too. I was greeted very warmly and politely by two employees. I commented on their new store's looks, and the individual (perhaps the manager) responded with pride and gratitude, and they were very amicable and pleasant when receiving my order. The other employee brought out my food in a timely manner as soon as it was prepared, and it was warm and delicious! They were very kind and gracious, and they made sure that I did not need anything else. I ordered the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit Meal with Hash Browns, a Cinnamon Role, and a Dr. P., as it is always my go-to for a midnight snack/early breakfast. This was one of my favorite dine in experiences at Whataburger. Both employees had such nice smiles, and I felt very welcomed and well-taken care of! They both had genuinely positive attitudes and enjoyed working there. They gave me the impression that they wanted to be there and provide good service. By saying these things, I do not mean to dis other locations, but from my recent experience almost an hour ago, this location really stood out and made a lasting impression. And this is my first Google review, so that is saying a lot! I have never had such EXCELLENT customer service from a Whataburger until now. THANK YOU!!!
The store was obviously busy but the service members really made an effort to concentrate on me as their customer, to share kind words between us and provide superior customer service. Thank you so much to the service members that helped myself and many others that day. We appreciate you!!
There are 3 Whataburgers in this town. I have now gone to this one multiple times, and this last time was my breaking point. I will go to any of the other Whataburgers in Kerrville but will stay away from this one. We placed our order at the drive-thru speaker. The person taking our order was abrupt and rude. There was no one in line but us. We got to the window and literally waited almost 10 minutes before being greeted or anyone taking our money. When the guy finally opened the window, he stated the total shut the window, ran the card, and abruptly handed us a small over stuffed bag. He shut the window before anything could be said. We typically don't say much and just eat what we are given. We understand fast food can be hard. This Whataburger is a corporate location, and we will no longer be going there. We will drive further to another one.
This restaurant trapped me in the drive-through for about an hour and fifteen minutes. I was unable to leave, and this prevented me from being able to pick up much out on time. Don't come here if you don't have hours to waste.
