I very seldom leave reviews on anything,but have decided to make an exception just this one time. The person running the drivethru, Max actually seems to like his job, and his attitude is infectious. I will certainly be stopping by this location again. Thanks for the experience and making my morning better.
Asked for fresh fries, im the only car in the drive thru and then 2 more pull in behind me, so it's not a waste. I could smell the old grease when I got my bag. Offered one to my dog and he spit it out. Mangers should be ashamed they let there employees put food out like this. Next time I'll go to some where else. What is more disgraceful, This used to be the best whataburger in town.
Certain workers made my experience terrible. My boyfriend and I came here one night, got our usual order, and they messed up on his meal. They had to remake his food 3 times because they could not get the order right. After everything was said and done, all of the food still came out cold. As soon as we got home, we were ready to eat, BUT after tasting cold food, I called because I wanted a refund on the order and time wasted in the drive thru. A woman answered the phone, did not give her name, and proceeded to tell me I would have to drive back and return the food for a refund. Why should I have to use my gas just to come back and get a refund ? Anyways, after being on the phone for about 5 minutes, i compromised on getting a replacement meal for the next time I came. She said she wrote my name down and what we ordered (they did not give us a receipt!!). With that being said, I returned a week later with high hopes that the order would be made right the first time and HOT instead of cold. I went to the drive thru and let them know I was here to pick up my replacement order to which they responded by saying they don’t know what I’m talking about. I tried to explain and the manager on duty came out to my car and was and has not been any help. I didn’t get a replacement. Instead, he said he would find out who I spoke to at first (she did not give me a name) and wrote my number down, yet I have not heard from him again. At this point I would love a REFUND for my time and what I thought would be a great meal. If you want to experience something like this, go right ahead and come to this whataburger!!! SMH I will be reporting to corporate.
Quick service, and very friendly staff. They’re definitely one of the best branches I’ve been to. This branch is rarely crowded, which makes it a good option for quick drop bys.
I waited in the drive thru for my meal. 4 cars that were behind me got served before i got my food, and when it came i was missing butter for my pancakes and a whole cinnamon roll. Vince helped me get my pastry and a extra one for the wait but when i got home and opened them they were frozen soild. and upon looking at my pancakes, one of them was all mangled looking and tasted burnt. i will not be returning to this location again. horrible experience.
I just got a bacon burger from here and I eat here all the time and it’s normally good . Today it made me sick. The bacon was rotten and the avacado was not ok. Fries still cold and sprite had no taste needed to be refilled
I swear every single time I go to this whataburger they give me cold fries. I go there because I live right next door to it, but it never fails. This time around the fries were warm but you can tell they were old, I used points & got an apple pie, I think that thing had been sitting there since the weekend because that was old too. People spend good money just to get gross food. Do better!
Ordered through DoorDash to deliver to my work. The dasher ordered it correctly. I wanted only cheese and tomato but ended up with stale lettuce and no tomato. Plus the fries are visibly undercooked
