I ordered a #1. It was hot and packed neatly. Store was clean. Bathroom's are clean. It's cool to hang out here if your older than 60 or younger than 20 years of age. You must be at least 4'10" to ride this ride.
Very nice location. Clean and new. Service was a bit slow for me but it was ok. The iced tea is the best.
I’ve been coming to this Willow Park location for years and have to say that Amanda is absolutely the most cheerful, hard-working person at WB. She always has a smile on her face. She’s quick, efficient and never seems to have a bad day or if she does, it doesn’t show. Most people only do reviews when it’s something negative (and I typically don’t do even do reviews) but I had to take a minute to do this one. She is a special person!
I know, it’s a chain, but exceptionally clean, friendly, fast, and my cheeseburger was perfect!! We also had their jalapeño burger which was excellent. I wish there was one in Louisville, I’d eat there every week. Our fries and onion rings were fresh and hot. Great job
The employee at the drive thru window was very nice. I’ve had Whataburger 3 x’s at 3 different locations. I’m still disappointed all 3 had over cooked over priced food that I had to throw in the trash. I paid $4.50 for 1 biscuit not even a combo. I had a Chicken biscuit with honey butter. Chicken was too tough to chew, the biscuit was hard and dry they poured the whole bottle of honey butter sauce on the biscuit. Just nasty and over priced. Never again!!!
I have been going here for years. Saturday morning is the most trashy I have ever seen this place. Definitely is a great example on why I quit eating fast food a year ago.
Also the food was just horrible. Didn't even try my milk shake just so I wouldn't be let down again.
This store has the nicest staff. Every time I stop in I’m greeted right away. It’s always clean and is well maintained. Janie is doing great things for this location! Would highly recommend!
I came here and immediately had lowered expectations, the workers were low energy and seemed to just be there for a paycheck. However, Lucas saved the day, he was welcoming and helped me fix a misunderstanding with my order. Very helpful. If it weren't for him, this would have been a 3-star review. That said, 5 stars. He's the reason I'll definitely be returning to this location.
