Best WLM Reviews
Inside dining room at midnight had a few people with the same idea, burger and fries! Extremely clean , well lit location. Food was spot on and made to order. Spicy ketchup is a must have #trustbutverify.
I had a terrible experience at this location because I ordered a junior Whataburger and the burger was thrown together very terrible. The Patty itself was all torn up it even had a hole in it the mustard was piled on in a very messy way and the lettuce and onions were all jammed together on top of that it's a good thing that I open the burger to look at it before I decided to eat it which I never did. There were not enough for freeze to fill up the small size bag that they came in and they were not fresh they were sitting there and they look burned. The person who served this to me and the person who made this should be ashamed of themselves.
3rd and last time here as AZ locations just can’t match the consistency as the TX locations. They don’t shred lettuce the same, meat patties not a flavorful, service is DEFINITELY not their strong suit at this location. Doesn’t seem like anyone likes being there, no smiles when you’re greeted always glib, sad, detached. I get it, it’s fast food. I worked at McD, Baskin Robins, other entry level jobs and did my best to present a positive, upbeat attitude. Here’s what I had. The ONLY plus is the apple pies, however, all that needs to be done is drop it in oil, wait, pull and package. LOOK at that garden salad in my burger. LOL!
Great service. Probably my third time here this week. The chicken sandwich is always cooked fresh and I think it’s the most underrated on the menu. Angel was great
From Chicago, so we wanted to try. Burger was similar to our Steak and Shake but better. It's a thinner cut burger and eell done. The fries are thin cut but crispy. We brought it back to our hotel room. I give it a 4 star because it's not the best burger I've ever had but it's very good. I would definitely recommend. The service was extremely friendly.
I just ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit and a spicy chicken sandwich both cook to order and they were seriously the best, freshest, softest/easy to bite into sandwiches we’ve had in a while. Thank you for a great meal. Also the parking lot, lobby, and restrooms were very clean.
Guest service is horrible at night.
We stopped Tuesday night around midnight and I understand is late but that doesn’t mean they have to be rude.
I asked for my sandwich to be wrapped in lettuce and she said, oh am sorry we don’t do that ! So we told her just make it no bread and extra lettuce but she made a big deal about it . Just horrible actitud.
There was only one worker? Maybe a two person team? Idk we only seen one worker the evening we went to this location but the lady had an excellent attitude and the food was on point. Shout out to her, I would imagine that would be stressful there was a big line behind us. She's got that thing you can't teach, she deserves a raise!
