Gave 2 stars because half the order was correct. It was the response from the guy that answered the phone that upset me more than the messed up order. Only ate it cause I was not getting back out and I was very hungry. Nothing worse than getting all the way home with the wrong order. Had it not been for my tea I'd have likely choked on the dry burger????????
Got a raw burger after waiting 15 min and the worst part is it was dark and I ate let of it. Didn’t know till I got home and been sick :/ disgusting
This is the BEST whataburger in Tyler! And Ms. Angela, the manager is the best manager of any place my family and I eat. She is friendly and professional and makes you feel like family! We eat here very often and it's always wonderful! Thanks Ms. Angela!!
I don’t have any whataburgers where I live in ga, so going there with my grandpa is really special. Anyway the breakfast never gets old, especially them gravy and biscuits with hash browns and a Dr Pepper.
I liked the banana pudding milkshake. Great service from Lalyth. Well maintained place and there is huge collection of cars esp Hot Wheels. Just walk in and get ur fav food.
Food tasted fantastic. Was my first stop after I landed and picked up my rental car! Love it each time I fly in. We don't have Whataburger here in Chicagoland, so whenever I'm home I always make a stop....
My hometown favorite burger (my hometown Corpus Christi). The staff here is East Texas friendly and each Tyler restaurant has a unique theme which makes it fun to visit each one. This restaurant showcases a Soap Box Derby Race Car theme featuring a wonderful collection of Hot Wheels cars. The food is prepared to order like all Whataburgers and I am thankful they are consistent in getting my order correct!
It's a typical Whataburger. It's clean, plenty of seating, and the cooks mess up the order. Like I said, it's typical.
There is plenty of parking and the counter staff are present when taking your order.
The issue I had was I placed an order for a Taquito meal with fries, and they brought it out with hashbrowns. I know, it's not a huge issue. But, customer satisfaction and listening to what a customer orders should be a priority.
They fixed the problem when I noticed it, and all was well.
