Wow! I came inside the store to order a #5 and couldn't sit anywhere to wait, all the available seats n tables were Filthy and Disgusting! Crumbs, food, spilled soda. I ordered my burger w/ bacon but dam.n they didn't even cook the bacon, it's raw, the bun cracked up. What I couldn't believe is that the lady mgr that works the am shift does nothing to resolve these issues. This Whataburger just turned in to Notaburgerr! Ugh
Bunny is an awesome manager she did a great job and understood the situation where the burgers were cold and fries burnt. We spent close to $60 she did not hesitate and offered to replace the food and give a good name to Whataburger and keep their famous delicious food fresh unfortunately the other day manager Claudia was not as understanding as Bunny. When we went to get our fresh food she was a little reluctant and unfortunately she reprimanded Bunny. I do apologize Bunny I was not aware this was going to cause and issue. But thank you for your customer service God bless you and repay your kindness and understanding.????????
I enjoyed the food. I wished that there was more clean tables available and more attentive Staff to take my order. The Grill Section was just looking at the Walk~ins along with the Front~house Person trying to facilitate the Drive~thru, Flip Fries ???? Make Drinks ???? and Greet In~Coming. We stood unattended for 12 minutes and One Patron was dancing waiting on the lavatory code trying not to make a mess. Happy 4th of July.

Absolutely nailed the food temperature. Got a shake and fries to snack on the way home. In a fully open bag, the fries were HOT/warm the whole time I ate them (about15 mins). Went in drive-thru, very short wait time (2 mins or less total), v polite staff.
Ms Willie the manager I believe was amazing, welcoming, and respectful! The way it use to be when you go to a fast food chain. *and i hate going in to sit a any fast food.......a first in years for me! Thank you!
The order taker would not honor coupon for survey taken online for online order. Said it would have to be written on receipt. I went to a different Whataburger and they accepted the email with code no problem
It is rare that I have great things to say about a drive thru experience, but today is one of those days. I usually go to the Whataburger on Inwood, but the service has gotten so bad, and the food is always wrong so I decided to try this location instead. I was bringing my dog back from the vet, and promised him a burger. He only likes them one way - dry, well done, nothing but a roll and meat. Sounds easy, right? You would be amazed how many times other locations have gotten this wrong. Try ordering a burger with everything but the meat when you are a vegetarian - that really stumps them! But back to this location. It was a rainy, miserable day and I was surprised when a very pleasant woman asked me how my day was going, and what my name was. I have NEVER had that happen at a Whataburger. She was efficient, asked all of the right questions, and made suggestions for add-ons that if I was hungry she could have talked me into - she was that good. I asked her what her name was and she seemed surprised - I guess the kindness she showed me isn't always reciprocated by her guests. Willi was wonderful, and made a dreary day much brighter. The fries were hot, everything was cooked perfectly (even Zach's burger) and I left with an entirely new opinion of Whataburger. Zach was so impressed that he said I needed to write a review and hope that someone who could make Willi's life brighter like she does with her customers would read it. I hope so too.
