Disgusted not even the word look what they did for my son's grill cheese sandwich people work to hard for their money my son is Autistic he was looking forward to his favorite meal this Whataburger should be ashamed
The service was lousy but biscuit was very delicious. Hubby waited close to 30 minutes for his food.
Best Whataburger in the city of Shreveport. Your food may take a moment but I guarantee you it's going to be fresh and made to order. It shocked me my first time stopping here because everything was so fresh. The crew cares about how they present your food, you can tell.
The good is Always great however, the service required muck more to be desired. They're most of the time rude or act like they're put out for having to serve me. T will then go find another job if this one disgusts you that much .
Literally worst Whataburger I have ever been to. Took 2 hours to get our food, we showed up to pick up our mobile order and they told us we were at the wrong Whataburger. So we went to the Whataburger they suggested and they were wrong, they did have our order. After all of that, they didn’t give us all of our food so we had to go back inside and wait another 30 minutes. I understand mistakes happen, but it was ridiculous when the mistakes were completely on them.
waiting 45 minutes for a single burger is wild. they actually had us pull up for a a single cheese burger. this place pays minimum wage. this is why we get minimum effort.
Don't order online, adds time to your wait as they don't prepare it til you arrive. Ordered 30 mins prior to showing up only to wait at the window for 3 cars behind us to get their meal first. Whataburger here transforms fast food is to sloth food. I've aged decades. Thanks.
Service was so wonderful that I was obliged to make a review. Good service and respectful communication is hard to come by these days, but these ladies had both. Keep up the great service! It doesn't go unnoticed.
