I asked for a plain and dry #2 combo and instead got a combo with everything on the burger and I went back to get it fixed and then they gave me back the same burger after scooping everything off the burger ! Leaving everything at the bottom of the bag !
I went here and ordered a burger and some fries . I’m wanted sweet tea but all of the sweet tea was out and both the back and front. The black manager explained (didn’t get her name) I would have to wait for more when I had already waited a bit for my food. I didn’t want to wait so I filled the rest of my drink with ice. I asked her for a sauce and she said she would have to charge me even though she already inconvenienced me for the sweet tea. I just walked off. Do better !
This location is a hit or miss. Definitely was a hit this day the girls in the drive thru was on point‼️ very polite‼️ very patient‼️ got our entire order right‼️the food was fresh even the fries were good the sprite didn't taste like carbonation hopefully this will happen again specifically at this location
You got to hope the good team is at work. If not the line is long and everyone has to pull over and wait for them to bring your order out 15 minutes later. This location is poo
Very ghetto and unprofessional. I’ve been here two mornings in a row as my husband and I stop here for breakfast. Orders are completely wrong. Honey butter chicken biscuit was served with OLD CHICKEN at 10am. They gave me the wrong order multiple times causing us to be late for work. Very incompetent customer service. The workers sit around and roll their eyes when they are the ones causing a huge inconvenience for us in the am. The district manager remade my order and STILL GOT IT WRONG. I do not appreciate the inconvenience or service or food at all. Was not compensated in any way even tho I had to go back THREE TIMES in one morning.
I arrived from getting off work at 430-445am. I tried to order the biscuit and gravy with double biscuits and they told me they didn't have any gravy made. Mind u breakfast starts at 11pm,so you telling me y'all done went 5hrs without making gravy. Not to mention the gravy that goes with the chicken strips(yes,I know those are different gravy's)still tho. Then she say it's gone take 15-20 mins to make some but she got other orders to do first. So I proceed to order 2 biscuits dry nothing on them. I get to the window she asks do I want any sauce I say no,I want the honey butter dipping sauce,she say .43cent. So let me get this straight after inconveniencing me in my order because of your laziness you want to charge me for a dipping sauce that I wouldn't have needed in the first place if you would have done your job and made some gravy. Good customer service would have overlooked that because of their inconvenience to me. But who am I oh just another customer that won't be returning to this location
Absolute chaos at this location. Waited 10 minutes just to place an order. Watched several ppl come in from the drive thru with incorrect orders.
Orders were given to incorrect parties, causing further delays. Very disorganized, lots of shouting of reviewing orders and tickets before giving out orders.
Requested my receipt only to be told that it was thrown away with a bunch of others. Then I was given a handful of receipts to go through in the hopes of finding mine...no luck though.
Finally received order after a 20 minute wait only to realize that part of my order wasn't included but without a receipt I couldn't take the order back.
I will drive several miles to the next location to avoid returning.
Ok , this is my 2nd time at this location and I give the 5 stars be a my patty melt again came out hit , fresh , nest and delicious . The manager and team were fun living and this reminded me of how it use to be a whataburger … Keep up the great work , great attitude & hot fresh food ????
