We ordered a #2 burger, no cheese with Mayo instead of mustard & when we got home it was just a bunch & 2 patties of meat with mayo...no vegetables. It also took a long time in the drive through to get a wrong order!
Whataburger is a joke. I ordered a single burger, fries, and a drink through the drive-thru, thinking it’d be a quick stop. Instead, I sat in line for 30 minutes. That’s ridiculous for fast food, especially when there weren’t that many cars ahead of me.
When I finally got my food, the fries were stone cold. Not lukewarm. Cold. Like they had been sitting out for hours. The burger was sloppy, thrown together with no care, and the drink tasted watered down.
What’s the point of waiting that long if the food isn’t even fresh? The staff didn’t apologize for the delay or even seem to care. If you’re thinking of grabbing a quick meal here, don’t. You’ll waste your time and your money.
I recently visited and had the pleasure of being served by Jazmin. She was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I placed my order in the drive through. The young lady made sure my order was taken promptly and even offered some great recommendations from the menu. Her cheerful attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made my experience truly enjoyable. The burgers were delicious, and the service was top-notch & gotta love the fries. I’ll definitely be coming back!!
We went today for lunch and got hamburgers and fries and a soft drink. It was good. The fries were hot. I will definitely go back. We went inside and ordered from over the counter. No problems at all. Two thumbs up.
Possibly the slowest location i’ve ever been to. They are consistently slow. Burgers are pretty solid, but fries are rarely crispy. There are better whataburgers, avoid this one.
Came through the drive thru and ordered a number 2 plan and dry with bacon, and they have me a number 1. Considering I've not eaten all day and I ordered a double, this is pretty annoying.
There are some Whataburger restaurants where the experience feels a bit like I imagine interstellar travel will in the future. You'll get in line, and you won't see your family until they're old or dead. The Whataburger in Broken Arrow however tends to be mildly faster than those, not always, but it does tend to be faster.
My food is usually hot, and tasty from this particular franchise restaurant. And when I asked for condiments, there's a really solid chance that they'll be in the bag, unlike many of the sister stores. I don't get to come by here often but it is one of my preferred locations in the Tulsa Metro.
I ordered my lunch on the app for curbside pickup. It was supposed to be ready 2:06pm - 2:10pm and they finally brought it out at 2:26pm... After I called inside to check. I ordered right before 2pm. I only ordered 1 meal... Nothing crazy. If I would have gone through the drive thru I would have been done MUCH QUICKER. If you are on a time limit go inside or drive thru!
