Late Night Dinner:
We had originally gone to Chipotle down the street. Chipotle was absolutely terrible the tables and floors were all super dirty so my husband and I did not feel comfortable eating there
We decided to go to Whataburger we were very relieved that everything was super clean and even their staff all had their gloves and hats and they were also friendly.
Food was great and delicious too so happy we made the decision to leave Chipotle and come to Whataburger
Staff really needs to be recognized at Whataburger everyone stayed busy and it seemed like everyone like their jobs and we're having fun
Mostly standard Whataburger experience. The wait doesn't seem as long as this location, but sometimes the order will be off (usually missing an ingredient or another small mistake that is too trivial to fuss over). The staff are always friendly and helpful, even when it's super busy. Classic dining room that's cozy for catching up with friends and family.
The burgers are absolutely banging. The fries not so much (they're not bad by any means, totally on par with other fast food offerings, they just have nothing special going for them). If you're from out of state and thus ignorant to the wonders of Whataburger, do yourself a favor and drop by. This location served me and my crew well. Wait was a little long, but everything was fresh and hot and fantastic.
The food is always hot and fresh while the shakes are divided I got to say the caramel latte frap is my favorite! And thankfully they are open late because we all know we all get the munchies really late haha so thank you for the fresh food and the amazing service!
If I had to guess, I've probably eaten at Whataburger 500 times. This was the worst visit. It took a long time to order, and another half-hour to get our food. We had been driving for eight hours or so; Mr. COWFEE PWEAESE decided to take a 15 minute break in the men's restroom exactly when I needed it. 15 minutes after that, he delivered our order to our table. Not only could he not muster any words like "Is there anything else I can get you?", he couldn't even respond do my "Hi, thanks for bringing that over". Literally no effing response whatsoever. I took Whataburger's survey while we were still there, and checked "Yes, I would like a response", but... nothing. Our fries were cold, chewy, and gross. The burgers were okay but nothing special by Whataburger standards. This is the first visit I've ever made to a Whataburger that affected me so much that I avoided the chain after that. Horrible location. I suggest you avoid it.
The food is great. Our food was freshly cooked and tasted amazing. There large drinks are insanely big which is good thing. There is a fair but of a wait but thats because they cook your food fresh. The customer service was average but overall we enjoyed the food.
Do not go here on Sunday 8pm - midnight they will mess up your order. I had to go back 3 different time and still had my order wrong after the third time which I was hoping it be right the third time.
We went to grab late night munchies only to discover that after midnight there was a line in the drive through to the road. Yes, that's how good the food is here. The line was moving amazingly fast and by the time we got to the order station there was still a line behind us to the road still. Great food , low wait time and friendly staff. I only hope their pay reflects how great they are. Keep up the good work guys.
