We were starved across the street looking out a Whataburger. Decided to call in an order. The food was so dried out that you couldn't even bite into it. Honestly, it was like chicken jerky... bite and try to tear a piece loose. They lost an entire neighboring business of 14 people. It will be a very long time and a very desperate day before any of us step back in this location.
5* Very good! I recommend Whataburger and this place in particular. Tasty, healthy, reasonable price. You can have a healthy dinner with grilled chicken and salads for as low as 8$, no toppings!
I loved this place! Service! It surpassed ny expectations! Highly recommend it!
“Terrible service at this restaurant! Last night during the Houston Rockets vs. New Orleans Pelicans game, Whataburger announced that everyone would win a free burger if a player from the opposing team missed two free throws in a row during the fourth quarter. Well, it happened, but when we went to the restaurant, they didn't honor the promotion. The staff had no idea about it. It's incredibly frustrating that they don't even know their own offers. Very disappointing!”
Don’t order curbside here! The staff is too lazy to bring it out. After 15 minutes of waiting in my vehicle, I had to go inside to pick up my order. Never even received an apology or an excuse. Just flat out lazy employees and management. There were at least 2 other people parked in curbside that had to go inside. BTW: I also asked an employee that was returning inside from sweeping the parking lot to check on my order. When I went inside, she was sweeping the floors. I’m pretty sure she never asked about my order. Laziness and lack of customer service seems to be the status quo for this restaurant. If you’re in a hurry, use the drive through or possibly just go somewhere else. Full service breakfast would have been faster.
I don't eat fast food, but I came into this location to order 20 burgers for my construction crew.... and the staff here is 5 Star.
I called ahead, and they were ready. The manager gave me a better option that was more cost effective. They asked how I wanted my sides and the staff were all so polite.
This restaurant is very clean, well run and should I Whataburger in the future, this is 100% where I will come.
Favorite fast food restaurant. Get the patty melt ????????????
Worse what burger ever. I asked for 2 malts with all flavors and at 1st they didn't wanna do it and every other whataburger doesn't mind but they did. Well after I paid I realized they only gave me 1 so I had to order another and I asked for a large meal and it wasn't large and I asked for 4 spicy ketchup at the windows and they gave me 1 spicy and 1 regular. So they need to fire whoever is working the windows because they don't pay attention or they are just ignorant
Stopped in kinda late after a Rockets game, and the service was super poor. Burger was hot and fresh, and despite the struggle at the checkout counter, the order was right.
