We went there on Halloween with our very large family. It was a very special day for our family. We were celebrating the adoption of our last 2 kiddos ( #11 and #12 adopted, #15 and #16 for our family). The entire staff was overwhelmingly kind and generous. Not only were they fabulous, but our order was quick and correct! The food was amazing! It was the perfect place to celebrate our momentous occasion! Thank you to everyone there that day (including the super tall dude who took the picture)!
This location is hilariously bad. I know it’s hard to find good help these days but good lord. I’ve been here three times and all three times have been let’s say…unique. Also this location is empty every time I pass by it which is huge indicator on how much this store is lacking quality if you know how busy all other restaurants are in this area (Just go see the line wrapped around the In and Out at any given time). The reason I am writing this review is I found it amusing on how bad it was. For starters I ordered two burger meals for takeout on the app nothing crazy and the store was empty so…10 minutes tops? I sat in the store and waited for 30 minutes before I decided to grow a pair and complain. Turns out that my food had been sitting there for awhile and nobody bothered to muster the energy to serve the food to the only customer sitting in the dining room. While I waited for the 30 minutes, I observed the manager hanging out in the dining room with her friends, while the kid working the cash register was just hanging out by himself in the dining room as well and would slowly walk to the register whenever a customer showed up. I was also given an awesome dance show by the one of the workers in the back. All this was going on while my food just sat in the back getting cold. To top it off, when I got home both of my orders were incorrect. I got a different burger than I ordered and the other burger was “substituted” with a spicy chicken sandwich. Bright side, both were decent.

There was ample complimentary parking available in front of the establishment.
We arrived at the establishment late in the evening and found a short line at the counter.
Our food arrived at our table within a few minutes of ordering.
All of our special requests were accommodated, and the food was delicious. The staff was courteous and friendly.
There was ample seating available for those wishing to dine in.
The restrooms were clean and well-maintained.
We were very pleased with our dining experience.

I live in Texas, where we eat Whataburger once a week. My granddaughter lives in Aurora Co, so while we were visiting we stopped at this location.
We were greeted by Terri with a smile and hello before we ordered. The restaurant was very clean and bright with all the tinted windows. The views of the mountains are beautiful.
The service at this location is excellent. Andrew, over heard talking to Terri about decaf ice cream coffee. He said he could make it and did.
Terri and Andrew actually brought the food to our table. The order was accurate and the food was hot and tasty.
When we are back in town, we will definitely stop again.
First time here after hearing lots of mixed things. The place was good and the staff was nice, but the food was...meh. Better than McDonald's, but not by much. There is wayyyy too much salt.
I went through the drive thru of this Whataburger last night, and ordered a number 1 made with mayo. When I got home, I found it to be a number 1 made with mustard. I figured simple mistake. This morning I return to this same Whataburger for dine in breakfast. The picture provided is what my breakfast platter consisted of. Brown eggs and watered down sausage gravy.
As the cook, I would thrown out scorched eggs and corrected the gravy. As the front cashier, I would have refused to serve this distasteful looking platter to my customer. Poor service all the way around!
Love Whataburger! Love that spicy ketchup and the table service. Our very friendly person at the register made an error, and the manager fixed it and gave us a free bottle of ketchup. Can't beat that! The food was great and it was a convenient stop off of the Interstate.
Miss Terri was phenomenal! She made me a new shake when i mistakenly dropped mine on the floor, and tried to accommodate a small request for a take out order that the system wasn’t able to handle initially. Highly recommend! Give that blessed lady a raise and a bonus! : )
