I'm not sure if I got there at a bad time or if this is just the way the restaurant is, but everyone I interacted with seemed to have a bad attitude. The cashier that took my order seemed annoyed that she had to work. So I just ordered it meals and went on.
Ever available take was dirty and the trash bins were overflowing. I went to ask is someone could clean the tables and was met with annoyance, again. The cashier did come out and wipe down the table and took our recipe and crumbled it up as we were moving our drinks. I told her that we still need that and she scoffed as she gave it back. None of the other tracks were cleaned, the floors were wet from spilled sodas and the restaurant wasn't even full. Our order was not correct and was not even hot. They did attempt to fix it by adding extra cheese, but by this time I was really upset, but I didn't complain. After a while, a team finally came out and wiped down the table and took it the trash. I understand that when a rush happens, some things slide, but this was unacceptable. This was my first time at this location and left me with a bad experience. We might go back if things improve.
I tried to take advantage of the nice weather outside and dine in to enjoy my breakfast. But instantly I started being tested. Waiting in line with no greeting and no one to attend the front register, a lady who told me she couldn’t help me that she would get someone for me because she’s only the maid, and after ordering my meal realizing I couldn’t sit by a window, because those 5 tables where already dirty and no one was attending to them. The maid took her break with her breakfast already in hand, laughing scrolling through social media just being annoying, while the rest of us where waiting a good while for our food. There was another server that was bringing the food, and she was just as bad, staring at all the dirty tables and just passing them by, she never came out to clean. The manager was really nice to me and the breakfast thankfully was really good. But I would recommend she crack a whip because the service was bad compared to to other dine in experiences at Whataburgers.
They always give cold fries. And The burgers are always wrongly made! Then You ask for a Manager and they have an attitude worse than the employees! To top it off you pay $13.00 bucks for these hard old pieces of “wings” ????????????♀️
Took 30 minutes to get my Food.. Manager bitting her nails, no leadership, 3 girls when to the restroom at the same time.
This is by far the worst Whataburger in Texas as far as service.
Good food good service only the only thing it stink in side when pick ordrr smell dry like they don't clean smell like they did not wash the cleaning supply
Ordered my food 20 minutes before I had to be there. I get there. The food is barely being made. What's the point of ordering online and getting on your pickup time? Just to wait an extra 20 minutes to get food?
All my order when picking up are late and theirs no cars or ppl to take that long ???? . I get it if it's full but at 1:00 am in the morning common .
Group of 4 just talking and laughing while 1 person working so it took 20 minutes to get our order and it was still wrong. I will drive a little further or get something different next time. Its not worth arguing with management cause they got upset after I asked for them to correct my order.
