Management has gotten better here. Employees were very nice today. The restaurant was clean and I didn't see a dirty table anywhere. Times are hard for a lot of people right now and for these employees to be so service oriented was refreshing. My double meat Whataburger was delicious as usual. There was a homeless person wrapped in a blanket underneath the sign outside which is just a reminder of how good my own life is right now.
At 1 o’clock in the morning it shouldn’t take so long to make two burgers. You’d think they had to go catch the cow first. It was good, and the staff at the window was nice. Didn’t catch her name.
Breakfast time! Computers always down at 4:25 or 4:30. This don’t happen at other locations where I am always waiting ten minutes or more before I can place an order. If your system takes ten minutes to reboot you need to get some new ones. Customers have to get to work. We don’t have time to wait ten extra minutes. Let’s work on that! Thanks!
Very busy Wataburger. Probably because food is good here. Fries were hot as was Triple Cheeseburger. Manager training was doing good job calming customers. Finally, large Chocolate Shake was cold on amazing as usual.
Drive thru early Thursday morning. Lady on the speaker made me feel like I was a guest in her home and about to make breakfast for me. They had a free small coffee thing going that day and when I ordered a large she made sure I knew small was free. I think it was a different lady at the window. So friendly and smiley and just made me feel welcome. Food was as ordered, and they made certain they got everything right. What fantastic people! As for the food, it was standard whataburger, no better, no worse, and that's just fine!
Fastest Whataburger I’ve ever eaten at, with a nice staff. The fries were fresh out of the fryer, and burger melted perfectly. I don’t know if there has been another Whataburger at this level.
Terrible! Order online and a worker told us to go on the right side for our food. We watched at least 10 cars past us that were behind us. Waited almost 20 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches and three coffees. Didn’t even get our coffees. Sandwiches were cold. Don’t recommend this Whataburger maybe better luck at a different location.
