Best Whataburger place I’ve been to. Burger was delicious. Nicely prepared. Fries were excellent. Not over-salted like at all the other restaurants. I just loved it here
I ordered biscuit and gravy. Usually very good. But don't go to 3130 Broadway location. Drive thru is slow. And you get stuck with this! I threw it all out! And i love their breakfast items. Not any more. This is not the 1st time. So disappointing.
Between the hours if 4 to 5 am the inside dining area has dropped temperatures to the point of wearing a space blanket and needing gloves to eat my $10 breakfast . The AC is blowing out cold air and it is 38 degrees outside. Speaking with the shift manager was no help at all, saying no one has complained.. . I*m complaining. The shift manager said he has no idea how to turn off the A/c nor how to turn on the heat. The whataburger policy is to maintain proper comfortable temperatures to which they have failed miserably and has made my breakfast COLD. Major Fail.
Had an amazing experience tonight while with my wife. An employee named John was super nice and gave some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any whataburger. John that worked around 3:44 am, you deserve a raise. He sold us a shake, not realizing the machine was being cleaned and the manager discouraged him to not sell us one, he took full responsibility to clean, assemble and provide us with our shakes while maintaining an amazing attitude! Keep it up John at store number 3130 keep up the amazing work.
The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated for the holiday. Everyone working there was great. I don’t eat at Whataburger often, but I went in to try the new Nashville wings. They were disappointing. In my opinion, they were flavorless and skimpy with the sauce. Definitely not worth $12 for the meal.
Not impressed, the food tasted a little odd for me, however the drinks were good but the condiments were so bad that I almost felt sick! I wouldn't come back again, I however liked only the fries though, maybe their slogan wasn't true after all maybe... (p.s, I did like In N Out better since I traveled to California and tried the food, very better then expected compared to whataburgers.)
Drive thru order very good but ended up paying for two tacos instead of one with add-ons so obviously probably having issues with their drive thru intercom. Besides that very friendly and laughed at my mexican uno momento and then ordering in English joke. Great customer service
Came during dinner time. 6:52pm. There are two managers here. The restaurant was slow, so there was no need to the place to be beyond dirty. Almost every other table was dirty. Both managers were flirting instead of cleaning up. We had to clean our own table.
