I don't know who opened this biscuit with they hands and gave this to me everytime young people working the food is not good and the manager should be assisting these young people I highly upset with the outcome of my food corporate please address this situation I don't want to get sick.I have enclosed a pictures below ????????

I ordered 2 # 8 I ask for no onions and tomatoes on one of them , I got onions and tomatoes on both. Ordered Nashville hot wings, did not get the wings, got charged though. Upcharged one of the meals and gave me a bigger drink, did not ask for bigger drink. Burger and fries were cold. Very very very disappointed. I love Whataburger, this particular Whataburger used to be one of the best but not anymore.
I just ordered a #25 “ honey butter chicken biscuit” with hash browns and a small 12 oz coffee! Man this place is horrible, coffee is watery, honey butter biscuit is cold and dry, hash browns cold as well, no coffee was even made they made it as I was waiting for my food. It’s the am we should have had some coffee made. Worker was on her phone when I arrived with same gloves attended me at the register didn’t change them went to the back to handle my food and other customers food as well. I ended up trading out my watery coffee out for an orange juice because I had to leave already.
The people and the service at this location was awesome today!! Also, I love the Whataburger app. You can redeem as many rewards as you like in one sale (unlike McDonald's app).
Alicia was very patient while I was one of those cc ordering their friends' food through a text. She had a great attitude. Very helpful and nice. The overall atmosphere at this Whataburger is always great with everyday delicious food! Thank you! 10/10
This location is disappointing. I had place an order online that I couldn't get since they took more than 30 min to let me know there was no chicken ready. I had to go and I try to contact customer service and now they are telling me I can't have a refund. Manager see to be busy to talk to since she was talking to employee on the back drive-thru since to work fine but the other others were really behind. The restaurant needs to work on efficiency, customer service and cleanness.
We came one day and the lady had a terrible attitude. Our burgers were soggy and they forgot our fries
