Whataburger has absolutely delicious food and impeccable service! Every time I go to this particular location, the service is typically very speedy inside, and my order is almost always perfectly made. As stated earlier, the food is delicious as well. I would 100% recommend this Whataburger location to anyone.
I placed my order on the app prior to arriving so that it could be ready when I did arrive. I chose to go inside to pick up. Not only did I have to ask for my food twice, it was made wrong and I was missing something. They remade the sandwiches but not the fries. When I got my order again they were still missing something. I got my full order finally after about 40 minutes from the time I placed the order. 30 minutes passed the promise time. I work in the restaurant industry and this is beyond ridiculous. There were multiple people on in the kitchen and only one person dealing with customers walking in. Manager not doing much either. I will not be returning to this location and it’s the closest to my house.
Typically fast food is not an option. When there’s only 30 minutes between appointments it becomes the only option. Upon entry, it was obvious that this would be a pretty good experience. The warm welcome for the manager set the tone for my short 30 minute stay. Jokingly, I asked the manager if he could create a sandwich to resemble the picture. Challenge accepted!! The Patty Melt came very close to the picture but more importantly the flavor, temperature and presentation were on point! The restroom and restaurant were clean.. so clean that I slipped a couple times to and from the restroom. No fall, just a slip. The moment you enter an establishment you almost immediately know what type of experience you’re in for. This was an enjoyable one with exceptional service! Thank you Mr. Manager????
This whatabuger has hostile employees and racists at the counter, they took almost 30 moinutes t make my shake and i had to ask two employees. This one worker, I wont say any names but theyre the size of my leg, dropped my food not once but TWICE after i only ordered a normal meal combo. I thought i was being pranked and looked for the tv cameras, i put my burger back together and still ate it but thats not the point. This whataburger is not the heart of Texas. 2 stars
I ordered four hamburgers with fries.
I only received three the first time and then the manager said she would make my fourth burger herself.
Only one of the four hamburgers was correct.
You would’ve thought the manager could made the missing hamburger correctly, wrong, she couldn’t even get it right.
All were supposed to have cheese, but only one had cheese, one was supposed to be double meat and that didn’t happen.
One out of the four orders of fries were hot. The other three were cold.
We are paying high prices for fast food now and get very little mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, etc.
I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt over the years that it has been there, but now I think I’ll have to find a new one.
If somebody knows the managing company, they might want to contact it.
This is not how Whataburger is supposed to be ran
The night shift crew will ignore people waiting in line ready to take orders then one of the workers came from the trash area after smoking lord knows what? and just watched the people waiting in line and laughed as he was going in after smoking in the trash area. So we pulled up to the window to order then the worker said the intercom wasn’t working so we told him if we could order there at the window and he said he had to speak to his manager about it. Then after 10 minutes the I guess who was the manager came to the window and said he could take our order after putting the cash register back in and rang up our order. The meal was sloppily put together as if they were mad they had to work. I wouldn’t recommend coming here it’s obvious they weren’t trying to work and just trying to milk the clock so they can get their check. Whoever is the main manager that hires should really consider hiring a new crew for nights. I work nights myself so this is the only place to come to grab something to eat that’s close by. If they don’t like their job they shouldn’t work there and get another job instead of milking the clock and trying to get free money. Really considering going in the day time to complain. Don’t work there if you don’t want to do your job the whip crew is lazy!
Not sure what it is about this location but they cant ever seem to hand me my correct order ever. I ordered a breakfast burger just the burger not the meal... Took forever for them to give it to me and then when I got down the road it was just a dumb sausage biscuit. I'm upset because my money is being wasted here when things like this happen. I basically end up paying $6 for something that only cost less than $3 and I can understand if it was busy and things got accidentally switched but the fact that no one was really there and this has happened on other occasions is what prompted me to write a bad review. They need to do better.
Slowest whataburger I’ve ever been to, after being in the drive thru for nearly 45 minutes, I was greeted with soggy old fries and all the burgers being made wrong
