The order was filled correctly. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ordering onions rings makes for a short wait as they cooked them to order. Very fresh and very tasty. Burgers were wonderful. Even the toddler was super happy with his chocolate milk and chicken strips. Large meals, no one went hungry.
Their hamburgers are really decent and thoroughly enjoyable. I really enjoyed the table service if you are there as a sit down, whereby they bring the food after you have ordered at the counter. The tray of sauces they bring is also a nice touch. I was back on another occasion and also tried their sweet and spicy. I honestly prefer the straight burgers. The sweet and spicy just tastes like it has a fruit chutney on it, the taste of which overwhelms everything. Definitely not recommended.
My first time was really good.
Food was great service was great. This time and my last two times not so much. I come up once a month to do my grocery shopping because I get a much better selection of food and great deals that it's worth me driving 400 miles. But my last time for your place was Sunday I will not be back. The food was nasty and the service was not great at all.
It had been about 7 years since I had Whataburger. I always ask for jalapeno on mine. I wish we had it in the mid Florida area.
This place is always nice to sit down and eat at. The food is good and hot every time. Usually pretty quiet no matter what time you go. Never a long wait time to order or get your food. Best location is the one on North Monroe for me anyways.
The food was great; it was very fresh tasting and the burger was well grilled. But the staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Just a short hop off the interstate, then back on again and rolling. I recommend giving them a try!
I’ve been sitting in this line for about an hour now. There is no way to leave the line, you are stuck as soon as you get past the ordering. This place sucks, shut it down.
The shift managers at this Waterburger must be trained better to make decisions.
If your drive through is congested because orders are behind, why aren't you getting cars parked to wait for food so your drive thru is clear?
