So disappointing. I've had an exhausting day and picked up food from here. I ordered and drove away eating soggy fries but i dont like confrontation... and got home with all sauces being M.I.A. I drank my coke which was pure carbonated water with a splash of coke syrup... i reluctantly took a bite only to realize my burger was so cold the cheese never even melted, didn't have mayo and my partners jalapeño blaze was anything but and also cold to the touch. In all fairness, I did call, they did say if I came back I can get it refunded but I am too emotionally drained to go... so money down the drain but somethings gotta change. I wouldn't leave this if it was the first or the second or even the fifth. It's pretty much every other time and usually its 2 or 3 things but the rest is okay. This was literally everything but my kids grilled cheese was wrong. Not sure why I roulette with this location other than pure desperation. If you can avoid it, please do... if you come, expect cold food, missing items, and who knows what. Hoping it improves.
I come to this WB. 2-4x a week. Always good!! But today no bueno…. Sad moment I had to chop my lettuce but still good .. I’ll be back
I ordered the breakfast bowl and the white chocolate peppermint coffee. The food was good. But the coffee, it did not look or smell what you expect a white chocolate peppermint coffee to be. It looked like black coffee and smelled like it too. I was told they add white chocolate and peppermint syrup to it. I don't recommend to but it, big disappointment. Don't waste your money on it.
Really disappointed in this 10 dollar salad it's supposed to be an apple and cranberry salad but as you can see no cranberries and the salad is so plain hardly any carrots or cheese and lettuce has it short comings.
Great place for burgers and fries or salads! Service is great. If the food is not cooked to your liking, they will change it to your liking. Good place to meet friends and have a conversation, however, great crowds may come all at once. Just avoid busy rush hours for meeting.
This place seems to lack consistency, and good management. The first few times I got food here it was great! The last several times there's been something wrong with my order. Sometimes it's just that they left off some mustard, which is not a big deal. Other times they put onions on (which I'm allergic to, so very much a big deal!). It's happened so much I've tried to give them less of an opportunity to screw up by not getting lettuce, pickles, or tomatoes either. Nope. Still got onions on my burger. Last time I got ketchup on it, which has onions in it. I double checked my order, in case I accidentally clicked it. Nope. Mustard and mayo. So there's 20 bucks in the trash. The risk you take when ordering for delivery is that they won't resolve any issues unless you go to the store. It was almost midnight, and I ordered delivery because I didn't want to go out. Today I went in to get food, and told the lady at the counter I was here, then sat down. A long time later a guy comes over and asks if I was here for something (he apparently thought I was homeless or something?) and I told him I had an order and gave him my name. He and the lady I talked to earlier talked a bit and couldn't find my order, so I waited. I noticed the screen with the orders on it was cleared, and mine was yet to be presented. I went up and talked to someone and told them I placed an order over 20 minutes ago, and it wasn't ready yet, for some reason. She just grabbed my (now cold, and soggy) burger and handed it to me. I ordered 3 strips of bacon, and it looks like they broke one strip in half, then crumbled one half on my burger. What a tremendous waste of my time and money. I'm going to look for other restaurants in the area, because this one is incapable of being competent.
I ordered a meal and made it large just for my fries to only be filled less than halfway. Won’t be coming to this whataburger again. Also when I tried to call and complain they NEVER PICKED UP.
Went through the drive thru and I can’t give enough appreciation to cashier Amethyst her positive energy radiated through which was so refreshing considering it’s a Friday afternoon. Thank you! It’s employees like this that need to be recognized. (The front did forget to give me any ketchup) but didn’t sway me from showing this young lady some appreciation.
