The service took longer than it should’ve been and the employees were not polite at all, and on top of that I got a hair on my fries ????. I will definitely not recommend I’d rather drive as far to go to Yarbrough and vista del sol because I know they will never do me like this.
What can I say about Whataburger? That it has the best burgers in Texas! They actually taste homemade, yummy! I always order my favorite: the Whataburger with jalapeños. I love that the condiments are always fresh, the meat is cooked just right and the meat pattie actually is as big as the bun. I'm forever a Whataburger fan!! ????
I recently had the pleasure of being served by Cesar Rivera at this Whataburger, and I have to say, his outstanding service truly enhanced my experience.it gave an old man like me hope for the younger generation. From the moment I walked in, Cesar greeted me with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude that immediately made me feel valued as a customer. The other times I’ve been to this whataburger the employees were honestly curt and dismissive and unattentive .but cesar was attentive to detail, ensuring my order was prepared exactly how I wanted . and even went above and beyond to check if I needed anything extra. Cesar’s professionalism, kindness, and efficiency made my day and it’s clear he takes great pride in his work. His positive attitude and dedication to customer service reflect the kind of experience that makes people want to come back to Whataburger time and again.
Extremely slow for not being very busy doesn’t listen to the what you want on the food
One burger request had limited toppings they didn’t care and put everything on both even after reading the order back just shows they don’t care
For breakfast, lunch or dinner this is the slowest Whatsburger of all. There are plenty of employees to handle orders but it takes about 15-20 minutes only to find out the food is cold after my family eats at home.
Visited this location today 10/26/24 @4am (around), i personaly worked at whataburger time ago store number 366. Aside of the long wait at the drive through i received refried fries with my order. It is very unfortunate for graveyard manager to have done this to a client. Fries should always be fresh.
Sorry in and out. We run the burger game here in Texas . Whataburger kills it . That's all I have to say about that. Best burgers. Doesn't taste like fast food , that's for certain. Always a favorite of mine !
Food was okay, cold. Placed an order online, it was 15 minutes after the promised time but didn’t get it, so I went through drive thru and they had my food ready, but never took it out?? Anyway brought it home, everything is cold now and I’m missing my fries. Going to find a different location.
