I just had one of the worst experiences in whaterburger on marsh lane i had an online pick up i went in the store to pick up my food and I was embarrassed by a staff called rolandra also the manager of the store called regina also asked me to leave all because I packed my car on the online pick up parking space they asked me to leave else they call the police me. I need the management of this particular store to pls pull out the camera for 14th of December 2024 btw 2.30pm and 3pm and see how there staffs embarrassed insulted and bullied me out of the,store all because I packed on the online pick up spot. And my order was online . I am putting this out here because it is important the management of this store look into this issue very very important name of the store manger is regina Thank you
Ordered from here off of Uber, which picking this location wasn’t the best idea anyway, but i decided to give it yet another chance. Got a #2 with only cheese and mustard. I did not receive the right burger in the sense I only got a single meat burger. How do you make a double meat burger order but leave off a patty?? Fries weren’t even filled to the top and look emaciated, soggy and pale, seems under fried. Drinks didn’t even come with straws. My partners burger was the #4 and didn’t get lettuce or onions on his jalapeño burger and only got all of 3 pieces of jalapeño on it too!! Does this whataburger location just not give two craps about its service ? Very disappointed… edit to add the two large Dr peppers from the order I just discovered are flat, hardly any syrup. Not the first time from this location that the sodas have been awful. I’ve lived in this area for the last 10-12 years, and like other reviews have said, this location continues to worsen and it’s honestly sad. This economy is already pricey, so to spend decent money for food at my favorite chain, just to get horrid quality of service provided is really ridiculous.
GO ANYWHERE ELSE! ANY OTHER WHATABURGER!
Let me first say I love Whataburger. I order it at least 3-4 times a week. I literally have a Whataburger chain.
It sucks that the only one that's available for me is actually completely incompetent.
I've had to submit 12 escalations since June. I've called the corporate number to have reports filed multiple times in the last week.
It's probably been 6 months since they've included the cinnamon roll I pay for. That's pretty much a guaranteed refund ticket every time you order it, which comes in the form of rewards points you can spend at the Whataburger that just screwed your order up.
On the 21st, I ordered food for everyone and the order that we got was completely wrong. I called up there and told them hey listen I'm going to order it again because it got screwed up. The second order came 30 minutes later and wouldn't you know it, it was entirely wrong also.
So, within an hour I was still hungry and out $100. Whataburger sent me a refund days later but no one has ever contacted me despite the numerous reports.
It's actually gotten so bad that the last 4 consecutive orders I've had have been incorrect. My order is very easy and it never changes, plus I order it like four times a week from this SAME PLACE.
Either they are being malicious because they don't want to make my food (which I assumed was the case because they just straight up started ignoring the cinnamon rolls after a while) or they should all be working somewhere else because they're literally incapable of doing their job. It's not a one person issue. They've changed the managers in the last couple weeks and it's actually gotten worse.
I have all of the emails, all of the ticket numbers, all of the receipts. It's a real shame that the Whataburger app won't let you choose other stores to order from because I would do anything to order from any other store than this one.
The folks taking the order are super nice. Very clear and concise. But somehow the kitchen is inconsistent. It's either the food is on point or the kitchen is incompetent. I been sitting in line for 15 + min. Only 5 people in line. Not sure how it's taken that long to get my food. Hopefully by the time I'm done writing this, the order will be at my window.
The lady taking the orders tonight at the drive through was great. Loved her tone and the way she showed care for placing the order. Food came out in a timely fashion. But the order takers customer service made me not mind if I did have to wait. Great service!
We like the burgers here, but the fries could be so much better. When we got there the floor was puddled and wet, no wet floor signs anywhere, and the girl mopping was kind of rude as well as the one taking our order. We also stood there listening to the manager yelling and belittling the other workers. As much as we like whataburger, we won't stop at this location again.
Drive through was a nightmare, sat for 20 plus minutes waiting. Went in to ask for my money backs, and I could not find it. I ended up leaving with no food and paying for it in addition to waiting 25 minutes. Need some serious training from management down at this location. Good thing I don’t line here as I would never come back here again. Straight up rip off!!!
Went through the drive through around 11 pm. Waited 35 minutes to receive our order with two meals. Received the chicken strip basket that was missing its condiments. Went to bite into the chicken and every single strip was COMPLETELY RAW. Disgusting.
